Locally produced and delivered promptly
I wanted grain free kibble for my dog and was looking for local if possible. Pet direct stocks local animal feed and gets it to you at a reasonable price and quickly. If I can work out how fast my dog goes through each order I can automate delivery.

Pet Direct has more brands in stock…
Pet Direct has more brands in stock than other pet stores, my 14.5 year old Lucy is on a special pellet only diet and no one else has the Acana brand in stock, so I always shop at Pet Direct, also I am rural delivery but I dont know how they do it but I always get my delivery the next day from ordering - bar the weekend of course, no mail service anymore! I always shop at Pet Direct as it has all of Lucy's requirements including worm and lice treatment of course!

Petdirect is very reliable, easy to use, fast, and has good prices on a range of products. I've never had issues with ordering or delivery, and when I had a product that wasn't even broken exactly (a pet water fountain where the motor got very loud for no reason) they offered to refund me anyway. Autodelivery in particular is very convenient, and you can add extra things to your upcoming deliveries if you need!
