Brilliant service. We had a rodent problem and Thomas went above and beyond to locate the issue for us. He opened both manhole covers and explained the problem to us. He also advised on what we can do to prevent this in the future.
The previous company I used were terrible so we had to call in The Peat Control Co. Much better and worth the price as they come back 3 times to ensure the pest problem has been resolved.

Thomas came and done a thorough check of our loft and rest of our home to check for wasps. Extremely professional and gave us peace of mind that there was no wasps, would recommend. We call the morning of and was able to be scheduled in for the same day, a few hours later the visit was complete.

Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable of what I thought was a wasps nest. He still provided the necessary treatment to my roof as this was paid upfront and said it would deter them from making a nest. Fingers crossed! Thanks for your help!

We had air brick covers replaced and traps put for rats and service we received was very efficient and discreet the boxes are quite inconspicuous which is a plus!
Deducted a star as we had a date booked in and i was contacted afternoon before about a new date which was a little frustrating.

the initial phone contact was good,but when I booked it they took the full money not the deposit that they said they would take. Was told they would be intouch to give me a time but no email arrive I had to ring twice on the morning of the appointment

Jordan was knowledgable and friendly and calmly went about setting the traps for several squirrels in our roof space. Trapping is a last resort for us as we live in the country and enjoy the wildlife and Jordan ensured the trapping would be as humane as possible.

I was very impressed with Jordan's thoroughness and knowledge. He arrived at the agreed time and was polite and friendly and treated my 92 year old mother with respect and courtesy.

Jordan thoroughly inspected the property for places where the rats could get in and sealed them. He gave me lots of good advice, fully answered my many questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. He inspected the drains and put down rat poison in various places. As my mother has a dog, the poison in her Granny Flat was placed in a box designed so that only rats could get at it.

Jordan will revisit in 2 weeks to assess progress. If subsequent visits are as thorough and professional as the first (and I have every reason to believe that they will be) the problem should be eradicated soon.
