Ordered a last minute frame and within 10 minutes the template was WhatsApped to me just the way I wanted it. I opted for next day delivery on Friday and received it first think Saturday morning. The frame was of amazing quality and perfect size. The perfect Ummrah gift.

The delivery service was very poor and did not meet expectations, paid for next day delivery and it arrived 5 days later, asked for refund for delivery was refused, unhappy customer and wouldn't recommend the service if you need a quick dispatch, delay was not clearly communicated with me nor taken responsibility for .

I had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a birthday gift for my husband with a personalised message, but when it arrived, the message had been changed and was not what I requested. I contacted customer service to have this investigated, but I never received a response. Very poor service — I won’t be ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.
