Excellent product only criticism I have was the lack of communication from Printing Bee regarding the order, no contact from when I placed the order on the 7th May until the photo arrived on the 15th .
However the product is very good quality .

Not the best service. I requested for next day delivery (as had been let down by a different company and Was pushed for time) and nothing was dispatched.

I contacted the day it was due and they said they needed 1 day production and 1 day shipping although that is not stated anywhere on site.

Again at the end of the day they advised would be dispatched still nothing of a preview or dispatch email so although plans were reorganised for the gift for tomorrow this will have had to be postponed again.

I wish I had read the other reviews about the next day shipping etc cause it seems this has happened more than once. Refund requested as it has been a complete waste of time and not the delivery as stated.

Oh my goodness, sat here in tears. Sadly our eldest dog crossed the rainbow bridge last November, broke my heart. Coming up to what would have been his 15th Birthday and just received the most amazing canvas to remember him by. A quality piece that is going to take pride of place. Just cannot thank you enough, stunning.

We sadly lost our beloved labradoodle Lando at only 6 years old to an unexpected medical emergency. I wanted to find a picture frame that offered several photos slots as well as a fitting tribute to our wonderful dog. Printing Bee had just the right frame with a dog foot print as well as a space for a message. However, it was the service in getting the images positioned right is what truly made it 5* service for us. We now have a beautiful frame with cherished memories that does Lando proud. The picture that was painted for me was really beautiful. The company contacted me before sending the picture out to me to see if I was happy with it. They sent it out quicker than what I thought so that was an extra bonus. Will definitely be ordering in the future from them. Beautiful artwork

Every effort was made to produce the beautiful picture of our 2 dogs, despite the only photo I had being poor quality. I was disappointed & thought that I couldn't make the surprise happen for my husband.
However, when Joe sent me the preview I was thrilled!!!
The picture was really well packpaged, and arrived quickly.
There were a few tears on Christmas morning when hubby opened his present!!
I can't praise this firm highly enough.....would definately recommend them to anyone.
Also, the prices are very good compared to other firms doing similar things.
Lily & Sadie are now happily on the wall keeping an eye on everyone!

Fantastic portrait of my partners dog who recently passed away, received a preview within a few days of ordering and has arrived in perfect time for Christmas despite my late ordering. Packaged appropriately ensuring the frame didn’t smash. Great wee service
