PERFECTWATCHES.CN ARE WAY ABOVE THE REST WITHOUT A DOUBT. MY WIFE BOUGHT ME A ROLEX DAYTONA WHEN WE WENT ON HOLIDAYS TO SWITZERLAND 2 YEARS AGO AND SHE PAID $ 75,000.00 FOR IT AND IT IS PERFECT EVERYTHING ELSE AFTER THE ORIGINAL WATCH IS SECOND GRADE TO THE REAL DEAL AND I LOVE MY WATCH SO MUCH THAT I BOUGHT THE EXACT REPLICA SO I CAN WEAR EVRY DAY AND SAVE THE REAL ONE FOR SPECIAL OCCASSIONS AND WHEN YOU PUT THEM SIDE BY SIDE THEY ARE 99% IDENTICAL.

Had a $800 item that stopped working rather quick and for two months got bounced around from Dept to Dept and I lost the watch carrying it while looking for a local place to service then, numerous other products came with the clasps on the band in non-working status. I've spend thousand with them $ overall am extremely disappointed. The scrutiny your put under when it comes to payment methods is from the 1400's year of our Lord, $ then all the trouble you go thru to get a discount does not apply to anything that's a good product that SWISS made

I bought 3 rep Rolex's from Perfect Watches. I was quite surprised when they arrived. Not super reps, but for $199 was a good deal. I knew I would need a couple extra links for each watch so I asked the customer service rep and they added them to my order. I paid via moneygram. The watches were shipped via EMS a few days after payment recieved. I had my reps in 5 or 6 days. Customer service (US based) was there for my questions and concerns all the way. They even did a follow up contact to be sure I was happy.

I have bought several of the Rolex sport watches and I think they are the best replicas ever made! I was a Rolex dealer for over 20 years, so I know the watches and these can't be beat! When I first saw one I was convinced it was real, had to take the back off to find out and the I was surprised to see they had a Myota movement which is good because you can buy parts for this movement if you have any trouble, and it can be cleaned, regulated etc. Shipping takes a little longer than promised but I always get them. I plan on buying more!!

I damaged a watch bracelet and they replaced it quickly at no cost. They didn't request I return the damaged one. I would give 5 stars if the second hand swept more smoothly. Both of my PW watches look AMAZING! Customer service is great.

Give you two stars is because your service is ok, don't give you full start is because the breitling you sold to me is not real swiss made eta movement, after I read replicas4show.com, I know there is no swiss made eta 7750 movement now, all are asian copy eta movement.

My order was made in January '17 and was advised immediately there would unfortunately be a delay in shipping due to Chinese New Year break. I called their customer service number on the date they mentioned delivery would start back up in February. The customer service rep was very courteous with e-mail follow-ups received to keep me informed. Once shipped, it was very fast to arrive and e-mail updates provided as to status along the line. The watches ordered were of very good quality and will be nice birthday gifts to family. I am now in the process of looking at ordering watches from them for myself.

I have had numerous experiences with Perfectwatches as a very satisfied customer. Why am I so satisfied ? I mentioned quality and price above and it is all executed with exemplary service,I always get to speak with a real person,they stand behind their products 100 %,They have a very broad selection of products including womens which is rare and much appreciated by me and my better half. Reaching customer service is always easy and prompt.Upfront honesty such as Chinese New Year delays was dealt with proactively.Order status updates are frequent and accurate,excellent.Knowledge of product is superior to others I have dealt with. All of these are the reasons I am building my collection with Perfectwatches.

Achat d une montre a noel, soit disant plus de stock donc demande d echange de la part de ces pseudos professionnels. Apres une bonne vingtaine de mails pour expliquer que je ne souhaitais rien d autre que l objet prevu initialement, ils sont enfin d accord pour rembourser. 2 mois plus tard, ils me disent que le virement est fait mais rien sur mon compte. Je continue a envoyer des mails mais c est tres, tres complique. Aucun num de telephone ou d adresse. Comment porter plainte ??

Real review from buyer in Boise Idaho. Worst issue is a common one with this company, my credit card scammed and there were several fraudulent purchases made. These guys have a real problem and it appears they use selling watches as a way to gather credit card info and then either sell it or run the fraud themselves. Now onto the watch, shipping was slower than advertised but quality was actually pretty descent and I do like the watch, watch boxes are crap and would not buy again. There are several sellers for replica watches so I would never buy from this company again, they are just too shady!!!!

I just received my shipment even though it was shipped late they expressed shipped my watches and I had it in 3 days, right after Christmas holiday. I've bought similar watches on my trips to Guangzhou China at the watch market and am very familiar with the different qualities of fakes. One style of watch can have many manufacturers, particularly the inside movement but I can tell you the quality is the top of what is available on the market. the cheap stuff like they sell on the streets of NY or downtown LA is the bottom of the barrel. so if thats your only knowledge of fakes than I can tell you this stuff is significantly better. I believe the best quality is called "Super A" which is what I got from these guys. I read some of the negative reviews, but like in all things not every thing is perfect, and those that are happy with their purchases usually don't leave reviews, which I would think is a lot more than the lesser. but your right it is possible for them to rip you off but who ever runs perfectwatches is in it for the long haul and wouldn't be around for as many years if they were selling junk and not taking care of their customers. I'm happy and would recommend them over any other website or back alley fakes. ill buy again

They can trap u easily if u have not gone through reviews posted by numerous individuals on independent sites like this one. They only show 5 star reviews probably by their staff. I was one of such customers who fell to their tricks. I was lured to opt for wire transfer which I did from my bank account. Nothing was mentioned on any special procedure requirement. I transferred 400+$ via wire and mentioned purpose as buying a watch. I had to send many reminders to them to confirm the wire receipt . It took them 10 days to confirm that they can't pick the funds coz I mention purpose as buying a watch n not as travel expense. I told them where it is specified that I have to mention this. They just apologized and asked me to cancel transfers. I had already paid hefty fees as transfers and then various calls n requests to my bank n followups took another 12 days. After cancellation charges and exchange difference finally I got back my payment after a total deduction of around 140$. I requested them to give me discount as compensation as it was their fault but they refused.
During waiting period, I explored many sites n found out that there are lots of complaints against the subject company. The watches they offer are not worthy n many complaints of receiving defective pieces. Many other sites offer the same quality at less than half the price quoted by PF. Why pay 199+ $ minimum for a fake? Other site offers the same at 90$. Swiss movement cost 700$+. Visit Ashford n u can get many Swiss watches for 100-200$ easily. Why 500$ difference PW is charging for Swiss movement worth 100$? Hope this reaches loads of replica buyers n save them unwanted waste of money n hazzles.

I was surprise to find a bad reviews about this website because actually i found them reliable, i ordered a Rolex datejust and transfer the money via bankwire and after 7 days i got the watch with the Rolex Box, i would say that the quality is good, not perfect but good, it's even waterproof and for that price you can't get any better i guess. Maybe i was lucky but i have to rate this website with 4 stars, they deserved

I knew I was buying fake watches, but I am foolish for thinking they would look as good as the pictures on the website. One watch I received looked like it was assembled by a drunk monkey. The other was 10mm larger than what was described on the website. This company doesn't give refunds. If you want to return for any reason, it's at your expense ($65 from U.S. out of your own pocket). The only thing they offer you is $40 off your next purchase. But, why would you want to throw good money after bad? Honestly I knew I was taking a risk when I sent my money; I guess I ended up on the wrong side of the trade. Use my bad experience to save yourself your hard earned $$!

To be honest I was skeptical of ordering on Perfectwatches given the nature of the products, but really wanted some watches.
I placed my order on the 25th of march, paid with my bitcoin to get the extra discount and received the 3 watches in France on the 12 of April (about 2 weeks later) with DHL.
The quality of the watches is really good, the 3 of them look amazing and really solid. I'm super happy with it and we'll see how long it lasts!
Also, the customer service of perfectwatch is insanely good, I never expected that but it's on par with the top luxury ecommerce websites.

I've ordered a watch, the delivery was quite fast, but the product is not as good as they are saying.
My watch never worked. I sent several e-mails because I wanted to send the watch back and obtain a refundment. They send me some advices and a video, but I just wanted a formular to send the watch back.

Finally, the told me :

"Unfortunately the item is no longer under warranty, as more than 6 months have passed since you placed this order. We have tried to reach you for 3 months, starting with October 2015.

However, you can have the watch serviced by any local jeweler/watch repairman. It's recommended to avoid big jewelery stores or authorized dealers as they are reluctant when it comes to replica watches."
