The prices at PerfectWatch are surprisingly very affordable and reasonable. I got a beautiful Luminor Panerai watch with a leather strap and Swiss Mechanism for my husband for less than $1000 which blew my mind. It was delivered before his birthday too and the packaging was perfect. Wonderful product and amazing experience.

I've ordered several watches from this website before with no issues. This time around the experience was also good but unfortunately had to wait longer than expected to receive my package due to delays in the USPS transport as a result of Covid-19. I reached out to the website and the customer support staff was very kind enough to communicate with me on a timely basis and showing me the true picture. Their hard work determination, product quality and honestly is the key to its success. Definitely buying from the soon again.

Never received my watch nor the refund yet .

I am totally in love with my Omega Seamaster that I just ordered from this website. The watch came with original packaging and protective plastic around the watch. I am a regular buyer by the way so this thing was not new for me but still, I think they deserve some appreciation. The shipping was fast as usual. I had to chat with customer service to resolve a coupon matter and the reps took care of me! Great job.

These people are scammers, never got a tracking number as I was told when ordering. Never received the watch. They said they would issue a refund, it never happened. Filed a fraud claim with my credit card provider. Also filed a report with the FBI. I encourage anyone who has been ripped off by these crooks to contact their bank/credit card provider and due a charge back. Also file a report with the FBI, you can do that anonymously.

Don't order from this site. I ordered 3 watches...they all arrived HOWEVER the clasp is so poor! 2 of the watches don't even close and 1 of the clasps is so loose it catches on everything. I got in touch with customer service but they are now ignoring me! Don't waste your money!!

ordered two watches from perfectwatches 4 June 2020. so far no watches and no responses to email queries and chat on their website. They got my 238,90 eur and I got NADA.

Overall great experience costumer service was quick to response got my watch a little bit late but that was due to the coronavirus situation! Very satisfied with my purchase

I have bought 4 of their Rolex watches and 1 Bell & Ross. The watches are perfect duplicates and everything from payment to shipping was fine. I can't believe some of the reviews are valid.

This ia a scam! Do not waist your money. They use wester union to send you money to someone is south Africa and you never hear from them or get your product. Lost $400.

They are nice until they get your money. Now I hear nothing. I am going to report Fraud to Moneygram and Western Union. I am also going to call the FBI on what they r doing.

SCAM ! Do not bother with any of these websites, I used it before and it was great. It is a scam now. They will take your money, they act like they have great service. There are good rep watches out there this site will not send you anything.

i ordered two watches rolax and bouth broke i called over 30time and left messages no one call me back
them i email she ask me to take a pic of the watch and send to hear so i did then she keep asking the same thing over and over ..
and she naver sad we will replace it for you so i told hear that am going to send it back and yaaa can keep it and i sad i dont need anything from you i spned over $500dollars and i was doing to order 4 moore watch but now am not this company its bad all they do take your money and they will not help if you have a problem so iwll take my money elswer
