I have been going to Perfect Definition (with my treatments carried out by El Truchan) for nearly 5 years now. El is very thorough and professional in her pre-treatment, treatment and post-treatment work and she is also a very lovely person. She takes pride in her work and readily takes questions throughout the whole process. I am happy to continue future treatments with El and Perfect Definition and would recommend her service and business to others.

I have had my eyes and brows treated several times at Perfect Definition. In fact I travel here from the North east. As usual, El put me at ease and explained very clearly what she was doing at every step of the process. Very professional. Great results.

Flawless! El did my eyeliner tattoo, and not only is her work precise and looks fabulous, she takes great care and attention in managing the process, preparing you for aftercare and making sure your results are the best they can be. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I had a wonderful experience at Perfect Definition. I’d been following El’s work on social media for some time, so I already knew how talented she was, but experiencing it in person exceeded my expectations.

From the very start, everything felt professional, welcoming, and reassuring, with a clear consultation where all my questions were answered.

I had my first appointment last year and went back yesterday for a small refresh — and all of my appointments have been consistently very nice. El is always so nice and smiley; she instantly puts you at ease and makes the whole process feel relaxed.

I’m very tolerant to anaesthetic, and she found the perfect way to make it work for me so the treatment was comfortable throughout. The procedure itself was carried out with incredible precision and care, and the results look beautifully natural, even better than I expected.

The studio is spotless, calming, and thoughtfully presented, which adds to the sense of comfort. I left feeling confident and very well looked after.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Perfect Definition to anyone considering this type of treatment. Truly a brilliant experience from start to finish.

I’ve seen El a number of times for a few years for eyebrow microblading and eyeliner tattoo. She fixed a botched job by another professional’ and has looked after my annual touch-ups. I simply would not trust anyone else! She is professional and skilled, and a lovely human! Communication is always swift and the follow-ups are thorough. I’m so happy with the result!

I was initially apprehensive to get permanent eyeliner – I followed El for a year – before taking the plunge.

Just to be clear permanent eyeliner will bring more ease into your life and the time it saves is priceless. It is low maintenance for sure but it doesn’t mean no maintenance – it is wise to get a session every year to a year and half if you want to keep it in top condition. It’s also not permanent (forever) to set expectations though permanent enough that I don’t need to apply eyeliner hardly ever for the next year. So for any of those who are worried that the treatment is for life – don’t be.

El is incredibly experienced & confident in her abilities, she accommodated my change in design when I wasn’t happy after the first session – largely due to my anxiety having not done any kind of treatment like this before and being reserved about the design. You get to decide how it looks every step of the way along with El’s guidance.

She adapted to my needs with ease and from the start she sets expectations clearly and DO follow her instructions exactly to get the best results.

I had 3 sessions in total. The first 2 would have been suffice had I not changed the design after the 1st session and I am delighted with the results. El is a perfectionist – so rest assured you’ll be in good hands.

From opening the sterile equipment she uses in front of you, to the after care and follow up El is a consummate professional. I’ve been back annually for my brow colour boost since having them done prior to chemo three years ago. They are very natural looking, which was something I had worried about. I always get compliments when I have my boost! Highly recommend
