I went today for my annual eyebrow touch up. El was as ever very meticulous and professional and I felt completely confident that I will be as happy with them as have been for the last year. She is a master at what she does.

I cannot recommend El highly enough for eyebrow microblading. El’s attention to detail is second to non and the careful time and consideration that El is so relaxed and happy to give, put me completely at ease and made me feel confident.

She took so much time to walk me through the process and we did not start until I was completely happy with what we had planned- and she was so patient with me tweaking based on my wants but also being honest about what would and would not quite work. Always the highest quality and best experience!!! The lovely El has been my go to person for a number of years now for my micro bladed brows. I would never trust anyone else, El makes you feel at ease, relaxed - it’s like visiting a spa 🥰 forever in the best hands.

I recently had my lips tattooed by El, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish!
I originally looked into lip tattooing after trying numerous options to minimise a scar on my lip from past acne. After exploring different treatments without success, I decided to consider semi-permanent makeup, and an aesthetician I trust recommended El, and I’m so glad she did!
From the outset, the communication and organisation were excellent. El and her team provided really thorough information ahead of the appointment and were incredibly understanding and flexible when I needed to adjust dates.
On the day itself, El created such a calm and reassuring environment. She was warm and approachable, but also very honest and clear about what could realistically be achieved. She took the time to carefully map out the shape and colour with me, making sure I felt completely comfortable before going ahead.
The tattooing itself was far more comfortable than I expected. While I know pain tolerance varies, the numbing creams made a huge difference and kept it essentially discomfort-free!
One thing I particularly valued was how detailed El was in explaining the aftercare and healing process. It really helped me know what to expect. When I did have a couple of questions during healing, she was quick to respond and very helpful.
After the first session, I was already so impressed with how natural and even the results looked. The healing process went smoothly, and I was so pleased!
At my follow-up appointment, El made a few small refinements based on my preferences, and the final result is absolutely beautiful! Even though my main goal was to address the scar, the overall look has made me feel so much more confident and better about my appearance! I still have one final touch-up to go for the scar, and I have absolute confidence, it’s going to be perfect!
I’ve recommended El to a friend and will definitely continue going back! I couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the results, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering lip blush or permanent makeup! El/Perfect Definition is an incredible and masterful practice!

El was recommended to me by a friend for microblading, and I couldn't be happier to have found her. I have a scar above one of my eyebrows that left a large patch where the hair never grew back, and I was nervous about how microblading would turn out. El did a fantastic job - my eyebrows look completely natural, just as they did before my accident. It's made a huge difference to my confidence, and my only regret is not doing it sooner!

I recently had my eyebrows microbladed by El at Perfect Definition. One of my friends had already had this treatment with El and the results were amazing. She recommended El to me. I work in the city and it was easy to make an appointment at El’s city treatment room.

I had noticed that my eyebrows were thinning at the ends and I wanted them “filled in” and more defined. As someone with naturally blonde hair, I was nervous about my brows looking too dark. My goal was a subtle, natural finish — and El absolutely delivered.
