I've been scammed by this business. They sent me the wrong colour item in the wrong size but returns are not possible, despite claims on their website. Nothing to do with London, based in China. They are now just ignoring my emails. Shocking!

Order took forever to arrive. Then it was a different item to the one I ordered. I tried it on but it was way too small. Do not use this company. Returns Policy is useless, obviously set out so people, like me, do not even bother. As lesson learnt. Read reviews before ordering off crap fake companies advertised on Instagram. They are cheap for a reason.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering my jacket. It's not the same colour as the photo doesn't fit properly quality is awful and it took a long time to arrive.

I only wish I'd read the other reviews about this company before buying from them. Listed as Peperand Leafs London but they are based in Asia. I wanted to exchange the jacket I bought for a bigger size but they said keep the original and pay a small amount for the new one which I did. The new one although labelled as the next size up was exactly the same size as the other one. Their sizing is appalling Size 3XL supposedly fits Size 18-20 would be lucky if fitted a Size 14. They do anything not to accept returns & they only refunded me a small percentage of the small amount & I'm left with 2 unwearable jackets grossly out of pocket.
Please do not deal with this disreputable company.

Scam company. Do not order from them. Keep sending new tracking numbers for orders that clearly haven’t been sent.

I’ve been had! Do not order. Really poor quality coat, nothing like the advert. No chance of getting a refund.

I ordered a coat and to be fair it arrived in reasonable time and was a nice coat, but it was so small!
There first response was, order the right size, you keep the old one and we'll charge you £20 for the new one.
Refused, and didn't want to ship it to China.
I said I might as well have the 10%.
Today I got an email saying they were PLEASED to tell me the 10% had been sent.

Ordered some leather boots when they turned up I was shocked plastic cheap nasty boots do not buy anything from this so called company. Basically they have stole my money

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I made the absolute school boy error of not checking their ratings.
The boots I ordered arrived and were clearly not what I ordered they were made of cheap material not the leather stitched sole boots showed in the picture.
Also they claim you can get full refund in 30 days this is a total lie as when you ask to return you are finally told they have no outlet in Europe and you must pay to return to their warehouse in Asia and only then might you get some money back. I will put this down to experience but Facebook need to stop allowing these criminals a platform to scam people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER SELLING THESE PRODUCTS.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought a men’s cardigan that was supposed to be £70 reduced to £40. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was awful. Extremely poor quality and very small. I asked for a returns label and got an email asking me to “consider the environment” and not ship the item back, but they would give me 10% back and I could gift the item to family!! I politely declined this and offered them to -10% off my refund amount, as they were so passionate about the environment, and I would give the item. They came back with 20% and advised me it would cost me £20 to return the item. DO NOT BUY from this company

It’s a scam Dot Not Order from this company. They are not London based even though the advert leads you to believe they are.
I read this as try to return it and it won’t arrive in time to receive a refund.
The dress does not have an opening large enough to get my head through.
Below is the email I received when trying to return a faulty garment.

be careful before you buy from this company, item did not resemble picture, wrong size and customer has to pay return Costs to Aisa, with no promise of a refund. Returns policy very unfavourable.

In addition took a very long time to arrive.

Peper & Leafs LONDON - not London based .. poor quality ill fitting & don’t even bother to try to get refund - don’t waste your money in the first place!
The price they position products at in the first place is pipe dream .. based on the quality.

Scam. Ordered nice looking boots from the website. Completely different to advertised, in the process of trying to return, but doubt I'll get my money back. Avoid

Bought a cardigan, the picture has no resemblance to the product which turned up, rotten quality, fits like a bag, saggy arms and a complete rip off as a purchase.
Stay well away, they present themselves as a UK company but are actually a cheap Chinese importer of poor quality goods.

This is not a uk company it is an Asian company and returning an item is impossible. Clothes of poor quality. Avoid!

They aren't a London brand, they're based in Asia and don't accept refunds.

The Jacket I purchased was too small so I contacted them to return it. It turns out they aren't a London company as their web site indicates, and to date after several emails I still don't know where to return the item. they are very evasive and offered me a 10% money return and they would plant a tree. keep away from this company.

The only positive was the comedy value. I've never seen my family laugh so much when I opened the package. Should have checked Trustpilot. We live and learn.
