Filled in the forms online for a test drive of the new explorer, got a phone call from head office the next morning asked a few questions and she said i will put you through to the Prescott dealership, 5 mins later couldn't get through so she asked me was I available all morning, I said yes as was told someone would definitely ring byv11.30 ,two days later still waiting, no wonder the reviews are so bad. I have arranged a test drive at a citroen dealership they want to do business

1 Star is an overstatement!! I bought a new focus from the Peoples Ford garage in falkirk. On the bright side, I cannot fault the service from the actual dealership, after sales care is fantastic and the person I dealt with was fantastic. What I am absolutely furious about is leaving my car for a tyre pressure sensor change as it was coming up with a fault, simple fix. What I come back from work to is a quarter of a tank of my petrol used!!! (I filled it to the brim the morning I dropped it off) What have they been doing with my car?? Someone’s clearly been on a joyride in it in sports mode quite obviously!! The absolute state the inside of my car was left in is ridiculous, crumbs all over my seats, sand and rubbish all over my carpets. (Bare in mind the car was only purchased a month ago and I like keeping it clean.) I also discovered new bluetooth devices had been connected to my SYNC system so someone’s obviously been blasting music to the point of the speakers breaking because now my doors rattle!!!! PLUS, to add to the whole ordeal, the issue wasn’t even fixed. I’ve still got a tyre pressure fault, I will NEVER go to the People’s Ford Garage in Falkirk for any maintenance or repairs again as i’ve learned my lesson. This isn’t the first time i’ve heard of this, i’ve had friends and family have the same occurances with this exact garage!!

I hope this is escalated further People’s, I am absolutely furious that some random thought they had the audacity to take my car on a joyride, PLUS have his lunch in my car, by the empty wrappers and sunglasses left behind!

Dissapointed.

What an awful service from People’s yet again , I’m sure it’s my name that gets them to ignore me , I bought a BYD from there Bootle branch and since taking delivery they have constantly ignored me, Emailed Steve Tuesday last week about electric harness for a towbar and he’s completely ignored me , then I put two phone calls through last week to Peoples and each time they have said that the service manager will get back to me , and guess what no call, this company is awful not sure why I keep using them

People’s in Bootle in Liverpool I always get well looked after and Kim in service and the team can’t do enough for you. Even delivered my truck back to me at my home to save me going to get it.
100% recommend them. I won’t use anyone else.

Decent enough company to deal with ,our salesman John loftus was fine , we bought a new Kuga , be aware though that you pay an extra £440 road tax on a car that the list price is over 40k it doesn't matter if your deal works out under that amount , you still pay the extra £440 , the guy jason who ran through the figures with us , mentioned a couple of times that the road tax was £195 it was never mentioned about the extra charge ,, maybe wouldn't have been a deal breaker , but I do think they should be more transparent about this ,, but also if I had done my homework I would've known .

Just got my second mobility car from people’s Ford in Liverpool. I would recommend anyone looking for a mobility car to give Zafar a call.

I had a fantastic experience at ford livingston. My daughter saw a mini that she fell in love with and we had the pleasure of dealing with John Loftus. He explained everything to us, he made my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. The experience was so good when my son learns to drive in August and is ready for his first car I will be going in to see John.

Brought a brand new car, it was delivered by a driver who had been eating this breakfast in it. Pastry all over seats and floor and drink stains in the holder.

Worst, scuff marks in the boot well and damage to the rear window rubber surround.

Worst of all boot on one side soaking wet from a leak in the roof.

Got an independent Ford garage to inspect, they did not want to know and said for me to take it back and demand my money back and this would be problematic with mould, mildew, corrosion and future electrical and electronic failure due to corrosion.

Please avoid them like the plague.

My partner put his van in for an oil change at 7.30 am over ten hours later we still don’t have the van back! Over a months wait to book in then over ten hrs is just an absolute joke! Nobody came out to us just left us sat there for ages. Excuse after excuse why it’s taken over 10 hrs to change the oil. Would definitely not recommend this place at all. Nobody cares nobody can answer a straight question would have been quicker changing it myself. Currently 17.45 and still waiting wtf. They called at 4pm said it would be ready for 5pm more lies!!!

Livingston branch...,tyre change booked for 11.00 am. Phoned me 12.30 to say 'delay.' No.....really?....
1.00pm putting them on! Staff very nice but shocking service in workshop.

I really felt like I was giving an assurance to buy a bad car with little support.their website states they do full check on their car before selling it but I got a car which gave me issue from the very first day .This was a terrible experience for me

Bought a used car, Duster, from Stephen Veale. Very friendly and helpful. Kept me updated on all aspects of the purchase. Definitely recommend Stephen to anyone looking to buy a car.

I took my brand new car in on Thursday the 20th ready for an appointment on Friday the 21st. The issue with my car was that it was delivered in 'limp mode' or 'transit mode' so when dropped off at the garage it had 13miles on the clock. this issue usually takes approx. 30mins on a computer to put in a code (i have a friend whose car also had this and they were able to sort it on her driveway). on Friday at 4:30 the garage called to say it was fixed but they wanted to keep for a few days to check it didn't click back out the limp mode. I said ok but not happy and don't want it driven around much and I was told no just around the block. on Saturday I realised i left something in the car so i nipped up to the garage to grab it (garage was open at this time) my car was not there, nobody could find it. the staff that were there guessed the service manager must have taken it home. I did not give permission for this. its not insured to be at someone else's house overnight
on Monday still no car, Tuesday comes and i find out my car now has 130miles on the clock for a small software issue they claim it needed extensive road testing
the audacity to not apologise and email to say its ready for me to collect and they have even fully charge it for me (its electric) it was dropped off fully charged!
over 100 miles to take off limp mode is taking the p**s

would never recommend this garage!!! will be formal complaint as well as this review and any other review I can make i.e. twitter

Been to this place twice now to get my sat nav fixed first time they said ineed my licence for a courtesy car explain to them that I didn't get told that then asked me for insurance details I explained it's a mobility car all the details r on file told me they couldn't do nothing booked me in for the 19 of Feb went bk with licence went on about insurance again explained to them it's a mobility car they asked for paper work told them the man I seen first didn't ask me to bring it to which the so called man called me a lier a argument broke out because of the way he spoke to me absolute shambles of a place and absolute disgusting attitude on the so called man

We went in to seek advice and Steve in Bootle was nothing short of perfect. Very down to earth and was so far from your typical salsey person. Thank you very much Steve.

When wrote my review I was a little upset but I have been back and got my car checked and it's all good know the recipe staff will go out of there way to try and help boys in the work shop do there best to get as much cars serviced in one day as quick as they can

Can’t explain how the ladies on Service have been with me. They have been absolutely amazing. Kept me in touch and called me back. Took on my vehicle from another dealer and sorting my problems. Unbelievable service. If you’re buying a car please go to these guys - unreal. Thanks so much !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wanted to change my van for a new one, contacted people’s ford and was sent a quite abrupt email from a Dave Edwards asking for photos of my current van, sent the photos to him and received no further communication from him. I’ll just go elsewhere!
