Do not trust these guys
Do not trust these guys. I thought I was using a semi-governmental provider to track down my pensions. They took a lot of personal info from me. Then an AI assistant called me. Then a few days later the AI assistant called me again (weirdly, it couldn't spell 'advice' correctly). They are trying to get you to another service where you pay. I blocked them and emailed to ask for my data to be deleted. Shady AF.
Avoid!
I entered all my details into this site mistakenly believing it to be the Govt website which is what I'd searched for. Within minutes bombarded with calls & emails from them, now all blocked. You cannot unsubscribe from the emails, get a message saying 'broken'
Suspect scammers. Now concerned that they have all my personal info & I can't get this deleted! Beware!!
Scamers!!
Scamers!!! I submitted my personal details — including my full name, address, date of birth, and National Insurance number — to a website claiming to offer pension advice. The site appeared to belong to “Pensions Advice UK”.Approximately four minutes after submitting the form, I received an unsolicited phone call from 0161 570 0026 Olivia! The caller attempted to discuss my pension immediately, which raised concerns about the legitimacy of the organisation. After researching the company and the phone number, I became concerned that this may be a fraudulent or unregulated pension operation. I reported this to police fraud department. I keep receiving numbers calling me every hour. If you know we're else should I report this please let me know.
Not as advertised- do not reccomend.
Advertised as a free service which is a lie. I wanted information on pensions, recieved a phone call where I was told I would need to pay £225. I polietly declined this and was met with rudeness. The man got very short and essentially hung up. Would not reccomend.
Really useful + helped me out a lot
Really useful + helped me out a lot - no issue with the AI phone call as its securer than talking to a human especially with delicate pension information. Thankyou !
AI "secretary" that understands nothing
If I could rate it 0, I would. I was distressed when I found out my pensions did not match up with my employment dates one completely missing) and had been pushed from one website to another and I had enough amd wanted to speak with a person to be able to discuss this but OH BOY that didn't happen. AI "secretary" who "understands frustration", can't understand numbers or letters (even delivered phonetically). I had to repeat my number 7 times, eventually I asked if I could input it into the keypad "I'm sorry for not suggesting that earlier".
I repeatedly asked to speak to a human, nothing. Because they needed my mobile number and name, even though (and this is speculation as I never got to speak to anyone) I would likely be asked this information again, if I ever got to speak to a human.
I am not to proud to admit that this secretary made me cry and shout out of sheer frustration. People don't call this number because its fun, they call seeking advice and will likely not know the "perfect prompt" or have the "perfect accent" to be understood. Even when I spoke with the best revieved pronunciation accent I could and spoke slowly, the AI kept making the same mistake.
AI has its place, but for advice lines like this, it is not right. It's not at all suitable and it's an accessibility issue for people who have different accents, resilience levels and cognitive ability. It was absolutely awful and I am already in a dark place and was trying to plan for the future, this call just set me back (and I know it sounds silly but it makes the world of difference), I am sorely disappointed.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS USELESS…
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY. I filled the form in online, provided all the details. They phoned me and he next day, asked how to hey can help??? I told them I completed their form. They then said why have you not tried to find your pensions yourself?? What a joke, that's why I went to you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LAZY INDIVIDUALS

I filled out the online form early on a Saturday morning and by 8.00am I received a call from what sounded like AI Olivia. Olivia called me again at 7am on the Sunday and again constantly until I answered the call. All numbers were different. Upon speaking to AI Olivia i decided not to go ahead as she never dropped the fee of £225 upfront until about 20 mins into the conversation. I have since blocked all numbers and will advise anyone not to use these as I really think it's scam
Very helpful and explained everything clearly
I made an enquiry with Pension Advice UK and found them to be extremely helpful and responsive. Everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, with no pressure at all. My enquiry was handled professionally from start to finish, and I felt well informed and supported throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking pension advice.
Amazing customer service!
Rebecca was dealing with my case. A super friendly and helpful agent. Gave me a call within 15 mins of my enquiry and explained the process simply and thoroughly! Everyone should take a page from her book!

I made an initial enquiry about pension tracking and received a call within 24 hours, which was positive. The adviser went through my details and the service sounded promising. However, when I said I wanted to shop around before committing to the £225 flat fee, the agent’s tone became aggressive and argumentative. This made me uncomfortable, and as a result I would not choose to use this company, regardless of price.
Not as free as it pretends to be.
After filling in the online forms for free impartial advice on tracing my old pensions I get a call from a nice person who.explains everything in about 20 minutes, and then casually drops in a circa £250 upfront charge because I cannot confirm a pot of £75,000. I then find out that if you do have 75k or more everything search wise is free.., but under that and you pay.. That's about as backwards as it can get.. The people with poorer pension pots are having to pay so that those with the bigger pots get freebies... Not for me.. I don't deal with companies who take from the poorer and then give to the richer!
It's a scam
It's a scam! I got a call from 'Olivia' and when I replied all I can hear was background noise. I call back and I deal with Sara who turn out was a both. Please avoid to call them.
Scam
I filled out an online form for 'Pensions Advice UK' hoping to trace some 1980s pensions. I immediately received a call on a Nottingham 0115 (?) number from an AI Bot named 'Olivia' informing me I now needed to call a London (0203) number, this from a company registered in Stoke-on-Trent ?!?! I smell a rat. Feels like a total scam. Numbers are now all blocked.

I really appreciated how quickly I received a call after submitting the form. The lady who assisted me was very helpful. Truly impressed with the service.
I was really impressed with the Pension Tracing service
I was really impressed with the Lady I spoke to at the Pension tracing service. She was really helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Great service and a really positive experience, thanks, Shanis!
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I filled out the forms and they came back to me saying that they couldn’t find anything for me, but recommend their partner company, Pension Pie…..who, strangely enough, were absolutely convinced that (for £225) they could find my pension.
I don’t mind paying for a service, because they have access to databases that I couldn’t search (eg where a pension might have been placed) but they should be upfront and tell you they are going to charge you, not pretend that it’s a free service
Don't Bother
They are only interested if you might have over £50000 of pensions and they charge a fee of £199.
Completed a form for pension tracing…
Completed a form for pension tracing and had a call same day from Michelle. Really helpful and knew quite a bit about the ins and outs of pensions and helped me understand different terms. I didn't qualify for a free appt but she referred me to pension Pie which I am now using to trace my missing pensions. I asked if they use AI callers and she confirmed they have one to gather basic details... not sure what the issue is... its probably more secure than a human really!
Anyway, Michelle was excellent and I'm now looking forward to finding my missing money!
Beware - callers are AI
I was just called by ‘Olivia’ .. Olivia was clearly a bot. I asked are you human? She said ‘Yes’ so I asked her what model she was powered by and she answered that she was powered by a language learning model! Caught you out ‘Olivia’! What is concerning is that someone less used to dealing with AI generated CSA’s or the elderly could easily be fooled by this and very sensitive information was being asked for. Not impressed at all. Pitiful in fact!
