I cannot recommend Pense highly enough. They were clear and straightforward throughout the process and kept me regularly updated on my annuity application. From my initial conversations with Russell, through to the comprehensive weekly updates from Amber, I felt that I was in safe hands during the whole process. It is very refreshing to deal with a company who are so competent and who follow through on what they say they will do!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pense. They took all the stress out of navigating the complexities of an annuity. They are genuinely nice people and great communicators. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line.

Had a great experience with Pense,the initial discussion with Caroline who patiently went through my options and promptly supplied the various quotations by email.
The application pack came the following day. After agreeing my preferred option, Amber in admin took over and constantly kept me fully informed of the progress. The whole process was professionally handled with agreed telephone appointments always kept. Have no hesitation in recommending.
