This company does not care about their customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. AI purchased a pair of sandals, but they did not fit. I am a size 13 wide. According the Pelle Line, all shoes they sell are medium width. I immediately notified the company and prepared the shoes for return. The vendor to told me that he would issue a full refund only if the shoes were not worn, which I viewed as understandable, an informed me that he would return them to me if he found otherwise. I had just received the shoes, and I affirmed they had not been worn. I assured him I would return them immediately . The vendor then requested that I return the shoe AT MY COST. (Shipping fee $21). Upon return, he claimed that the shoe appeared worn at the bottom (photos evidenced otherwise). He was unsuccessful with his scam attempt to keep the shoes, however, to add insult to the injury he deducted $8.75 from my refund for a restocking fee!! Be sure the shoe fits because you're risking your money with these guys!! :-/

We offer free shipping on Orders, however , as stated in our policy,RETURN SHIPPING IS CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY and a $10 RESTOCKING FEE applies to refund. this small fee covers inspection and processing -its not related to shoes's condition.
Your sandals were returned with VISIBLE MARKS ON THE SOLES, and I personally took photos before reaching out , since worn items can't be restocked for hygiene reasons.Even so , your refund was processed exactly with our standard return policy, NO EXTRA DEDUCTION
