Great service. Highly recommended.

Amazing service as always ! Highly recommend

Very experienced! Called me back with the plan of action in a few hours' time. Had 4 structured visits at the property and resolved the issue indefinitely. After every visit, I received feedback and actions taken. Not only did he get rid of the problem, but he also stopped it from reoccurring ever again.
THANK YOU!

James is very professional, punctual and gets the job done.

Wasps disappeared within 24 hours

Excellent prompt, reliable, professional service. James is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Communicated with me re agreed appointment times.
Reassured me that he would return after end of treatment, if required.
I highly recommend this company. Treatment required was for bed bugs. James did an extremely thorough, sterling service

From an initial call Peledex were on site within 4 hours to attend to a huge wasp nest in the roof of our house and hundreds had entered a bedroom. They spent over 2 hours completing a double internal fumigation and addressing the external entry point. They returned 2 days letter to remove the nest. A great response and fantastic service.

So professional, really good job. And very prompt with appointments times which I really like. 5 star service, 100% recommend.

Excellent service all round , helpful , communicated well and works hard would recommend his help if needed at a very reasonable cost.

Very quick and efficient service for getting rid of a wasps nest. One treatment and the wasps were gone.

Response to my query was very quick as was the time for the work to be carried out. James was quietly confident doing the job and a pleasure to do business with. He was very understanding of my financial situation and came up with a solution that would be beneficial to both of us. The 'nasty little critter' (mole) was captured in good time and I am keeping my fingers crossed that it hasn't left a legacy of babies behind! If so James will be back to help out again :)

Would thoroughly recommend this service. My wasp nest was dealt with efficiently by a very pleasant, knowledgeable.expert.
He explained the procedure and advised on how to prevent further infestations. Thank you!

Excellent service, did what was asked punctually in analysing the mouse infestation, and a prompt report at the end. Thoroughly recommend them.

James is very polite and helpful. I have had issues with mice/ rats and he has come out a number of times and been extremely helpful in tackling the issue. He is very easy to get hold of and gives the best advice possible. I would very much recommend James and his prices are actually very good.

Very good service, comes when agreed and working well so far.

absolutely fantastic work friendly communication was fantastic explain everything he was doing couldn't of hoped for a better job thank you

We have had a really great service with James. The whole experience was really organised, efficient and personal. We will be sure to work with James for a long time, knowing are we in the best hands. Thanks!

Great Service by James at Peledex. We had a lot of mice and rats coming inside the house due to some building works we have going on and had gaps in the walls. I was not sure where they were coming from but I could see droppings on the sofa and kitchen everyday which was worrying as I have two small children.

James was really professional and knows his stuff about these pests. He laid out traps, uv gel tracks sheets and poison. James went out of his way to ensure I didn't have any gaps in the drains by activating a smoke test to see if they were entering from there. He really cares for the client and wants to get rid of any unwanted pests.

I can now say that all the pests have left and my home no longer has droppings. I can enjoy being at home now thanks to Peledex. Highly recommended to everyone.
