Peledex - Pest Control Bewertungen

James from peledex was so helpful and gave me advice over the phone and reassured me after finding something, which I was concerned maybe moths in the loft. James asked me to send pictures of what I found and then advised me straight away there was nothing to worry about. Thank you James!

Great company and great service

I called Peledex in September 2025 and they were very friendly and helpful. Our problem was solved efficiently and I would recommend them.

James, who attended on behalf of Peledex, was polite and helpful. He explained what steps he was taking with regard to both the wasp and hornet nests which had established in two parts of our home. He then provided us with advice what should happen following the treatment and invited us to make contact if there were any further issues. The treatment worked and the issues with our unwanted guests were resolved.

James did a great job with getting rid of rats in the garden. He was friendly, efficient and knew exactly how to deal with the problem. He also gave good advice on how to keep my dog safe while the traps etc were in place. I would definitely contact him again if needed. Thank you!

Peledex recently removed a wasp nest for me. Every professional ,perfect job, excellent price.

Good service and rapid response, plus a follow up visit for additional treatment. Unfortunately the problem is still with us, and we're waiting for another attempt at eradication!

James replied promptly and diagnosed the problem. He quickly arranged treatment and we are very grateful.

James works with a big heart.
The best!

Excellent service all round. Thorough assessment of the area to ascertain where rat was coming from and clear plan to eliminate the problem. Good follow-up support and it all worked!

We had a rat in our loft, we contacted Peledex and James came out the same day. He was extremely thorough in checking all round the outside of the house for entry points. He used various methods in the loft showing he has a huge amount of knowledge and caught the rat after the second visit. We contacted him and he came out the same day to remove it from our loft. We would thoroughly recommend James, as he is very polite and very knowledgeable and provides an excellent service. Thank you.

James was reassuring, professional and kept me fully informed during the process.

Trustpilot asked me to be honest, helpful and constructive....and that is exactly what James at Peledex is; i.e. he's honest, helpful and constructive!

The speed of response, the info given, the advice, the tidy way work was done and the results (which although need one more week to confirm) indicate that our problem should be solved...and three vists later, it was. Thank you James.

James was really thorough, professional, and knowledgeable.
We can highly recommend his service.

Spot on - polite, punctual, neat, professional and got rid of our attic rat. Really can't fault the service at all. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

James always provides prompt and quality service and is highly professional.

Prompt, attentive and knowledgable

Prompt, efficient and polite attention

I am delighted to have had James's help eradicating a rodent problem from my garden. He was professional, thorough, and expert in everything he did. While I could have done without the initial reason for calling him I am glad to know that he is there as a backstop should the situation re-occur.
