Over the 3 days I attended training for 3 days for 495 and I believe that it was money well spent, a lot of the class acted like they were surprised when the 1st day Conner are teacher told everyone let’s get the elephant out and told us there is an optional $39997 program available, I like to think most people aren’t children but a lot of people just don’t get it or for some reason seem surprised, I fully expected there was an upsell. Now realistically a lot of people want the end result but there not really wanting to do the work necessary to get the result they want, I’ve seen it all my life. I think I may start a company that truly does it for them with a payment arrangement like a franchise, but I couldn’t guarantee results past getting it to work and make money, but for the same reason not past that, people are lazy so I couldn’t depend on them to keep up with the work to keep it going. Most people want it to be like investing in a stock market with someone that takes there money but runs it for them😎

The 3-day Peak Multifamily workshop was an amazing experience. There was so much valuable information shared that, at times, it almost felt like information overload, but in the best possible way. When you’re excited about learning and ready to take action, three days can somehow feel like both a lot and not nearly enough. I found myself wanting to jump in headfirst and get started!

The Peak team made the experience even better. Everyone was knowledgeable, welcoming, pleasant, and genuinely fun to be around. By the end of the workshop, I didn’t want it to end. It truly started to feel less like attending an event and more like becoming part of a family.

I’m leaving excited, motivated, and ready for more. Right now, I feel like a sponge. I want to soak up everything I can, apply what I’ve learned, surround myself with people who are doing what I want to do, and most importantly, GET TO WORK! This weekend didn’t just give me information. It increased my excitement about what’s possible and made me even more eager to begin my journey in multifamily investing.

The PEAK Multifamily event was exceptionally valuable, inspiring, and well organized. The speakers shared practical knowledge, proven strategies, and genuine encouragement that strengthened my understanding and confidence in multifamily investing. I sincerely appreciate Tyler Deveraux, the entire PEAK team, and all the presenters for their dedication, energy, and hospitality. Thank you for creating such a powerful learning and networking experience!

I attended all three days of the Peak Multifamily workshop; it was a ton of information. I learned the way Peak Multifamily operates. The team worked wonderfully together. Everyone was great leaders and mentors
This isn't a scam it's one man Tyler who made a choice and that choice led him to help others make a choice. This is a choice and you have to chose it, it doesn't choose you. It's funny I came into this class with something I heard in a movie “Lifes about saying yes and then figuring out the why” they asked me about my why. Sometimes in life we have to make a decision and then that decision explains it. Never stop trying to fulfill your dreams.

Eric Chadderdon did an incredible job. He was enthusiastic, enganing, humorous, honest and very believable. It was as a result of Eric and the teams presentations, candid discussions and honesty about this business that convinced us to totally 'BUY IN'. The coaches attending, Jim Bohn, Jed Johnson, Bryan Twitchell and Noelle Wooten were equally impressive. My wife and I were fortunate to get Jim Bohn as a coach and, and I look forward to engaging with him and his team. A lot to learn but I am eager to move forward at lightning speed. I had an incredible experience attending the 3-day Peak Multifamily course. From the very first day, the amount of knowledge, energy, and real-world experience shared was truly impressive.
Eric did an outstanding job presenting and breaking down multifamily real estate in a way that was easy to understand, practical, and motivating. He brought great energy to every session and made sure we understood not just the “what,” but the “why” behind the strategies.
I also want to give a huge thank-you to all of the mentors who were there throughout the 3 days. Went to the first day very skeptical. The second day I was excited because I see a way to improve my life and live fully.
I was also excited because the underwriting now made sense.

It was an incredible weekend.
There were so many nuggets to learn and we walked away with so much more understanding on how multifamily world works.
We understand that we just touched the surface of the industry but it gave us an appreciation and excitement to enter I to that world.

The present or did a fabulous job, and the sponsors that were there to help guide us through any questions we had, were very knowledgeable and took their time with us.
They were not pushy at all.

The over all experience was fun and we made some great networking relationships.

I’m an assistant property manager but still completely green in the world of investing and business. I walked in completely intimidated and out of my comfort zone. The mentors are all extremely welcoming and make you feel listened to. Tons of valuable information if you put action towards it. The lessons from Connor and my 1 on 1 with my mentor did take someone like me and put a belief in me that I didn’t have before. The most value I got was the mindset and relatability of these successful role models that sparked a fire in me to carry through day by day. There’s a lot less difference between a newbie and a successful man in a room than I dramatized. The Only thing in between us is consistent discipline and time.

Learned a lot about myself and the Multifamily space. Tyler was amazing and patient. He respected everyone’s level. His super power is that he lives in the present and the way he responded to each queries
