The workshop surprised me in the best way!
The workshop was very informative!! We left the weekend with much more confidence than we had before we arrived on the first day! We now have the basic information and the next steps we need to take, along with a group of people that we can hopefully stay in touch throughout our future multifamily investment adventures! Eric teaches a wonderful class. I spent 3 days learning an incredible amount of information. Everyone was really kind and gracious, and I felt welcomed the entire time. They understand people are new to this, and you can really feel that in the way Eric teaches, and how the strategists treat you.

The PEAK Multifamily 3-day Workshop
Was a very detailed, informative, and well organized event.
The presenter, Eric Chadderdon, was clear, knowledgeable, and did a great job at commanding the attention of the students while allowing us to jump in with any questions we may have had at that moment. The rest of the PEAK MF Team was fantastic to work with as well. Everyone was more than willing to help in anyway they could and projected really positive energy throughout the entire 72 hour seminar.
The only thing I would change about the presentation itself is that I noticed when we, the students, were asked to complete the Underwriting Case Studies that the tables being projected onto the screens in front of the class didn’t exactly match the ones in the booklets handed out to each us. While the design was slightly different between the two I believe if the layout for both items could be aligned exactly it would reduce the amount of confusion on the part of the students and, I think, increase the number of people who could accurately complete each exercise resulting in more students being able to render an informed decision about whether to move forward with a particular deal or not.
Having said all that, I would definitely recommend the workshop to anyone interested in learning about how to acquire multi unit/family properties.

The team was very receiving and knowledgeable of their craft. I was very comfortable in this environment from the start of this process. The only drawback was the upfront money. Most people are very hesitant about the amount of money being requested to start and that was mine problem. If I was in a better position, I would have continued.
