Why is my company using this piece of junk software?

Can't believe they entrust my most personal details to this half finished piece of software.

NO PRIVACY statement, NO terms and conditions, no way of contacting them.

NO RESPONSIVE DESIGN, you get a massive popup saying not a supported width, if I wrote software that did this I'd be ashamed, all my enterprise sites fit any width.

I have been using Paycheck for 18 months now. I have found the process to be easy and when it works it works really well. When it has not worked as it should do I found our contact (George Birch) to be incredibly helpful and responsive to make changes on our behalf.

We are a U.S. based company with a UK subsidiary, and have been using Paycheck's payroll services for many years, as we are not well versed in UK taxes and payroll laws. Their service is accurate and efficient, and the cost is very reasonable. In addition, their customer service team is quite friendly and responsive.

Good overall service and responsive to problems

We became clients of Paycheck some years ago when they absorbed the customers from Compupaye Bureau. Over the years I have found the Paycheck payroll service accurate and on time. Apart from during the Covid-19 crisis it has been very easy to contact my administrator by phone and discuss any issues. Even recently they have responded to e-mails promptly.
Although I only have a small number of staff I prefer to have an intermediary between myself and HMRC in order to ensure any submissions are accurate. For that reason I can recommend Paycheck.

As a small business Paycheck Ltd has met all our needs. They are very helpful when I have called with a query. We're kept up to date with informative emails. We have been very pleased with their professionalism and service.

I have been trying to set up a new password but their system does not send me a link to my email to do this yet I have been a user for several year.

I phoned them up and explained the problem and the only advice I was given was to speak to my employer. I said I had already done this and was told to contact paycheck ltd to setup a new password because this password was unique to me and not anything the company I work for can set up. Still I was told to speak to my employer. I had just explained that I was going round in circles then the rude phone operative who sounded like he didn't know what to do just put the phone down on me after insisting that I contact my employer. This paycheck ltd employee was very rude, very unprofessional and very unhelpful, he was a complete melt.
