Paycheck, through our main contact there, Sue, have always been a reliable and important part in our payroll processing and pensions set up and maintenance. Sue has been, at all times, fast in dealing with everything we needed and also accommodating and understanding when we had made mistakes or had last minute changes necessary. We have been using their services for quite a number of years now and they have never failed to deliver.

Sally who runs our Payroll is really helpful and understanding so makes it easy for us each week and much to complete our Payroll quickly and efficiently. It's nice to have the portal so we can upload documents with ease, however would be nice if it had more functions available.

I like he new portal and format, however most of the functions can not be use, eg. can not change email address, send password resets, etc.
it looks good to see it but there is so much we can do.

I enjoy using paycheck. I find the portal a bit clunky not too keen on the charging for small amends (as we are such a v small company and amends are few and far between) but overall very lovely and efficient team and we won't be changing suppliers anytime soon. Well prices too.
