AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

"Paul Richard" is fake, and the products being sold can be purchased on Ali Express for a quarter of the cost. This company refused uphold their own cancelation policy and cancel my order within 24 hours after ordering.

I had to dispute the charge through PayPal and force a refund.

This was my first purchase of a Paul Richard bag and the experience could not have been better. The bag is extremely well made and the delivery was timely.

Great quality product, shopping experience was great easy. Delivery took very long, over 3 weeks, which initially wasn't a problem, however I missed a Xmas gift, having order on the first days on December. That said I reached out to the Customer Services team and they gave me information for delivery tracking. A shame I missed Xmas gift.

Bottom line, I’m extremely happy with the bag. I got the canvas/leather laptop bag and it is elegant and by all appearances well made (brass zipper, nice lining, real leather). The stitching seems to be adequate. I would have liked to see double stitching at the bottom of the bag, but perhaps this is not an issue— time will tell. I am not giving a full five stars because of the lack of marketing transparency. But the product seems solid (I’ve owned it for a week at time of this review). Happy and would recommend this company.

Communication with the company is not great.
They do answer emails but you cannot speak to a person by phone if you have a question or request.
I made a mistake, and they finally results it. Thank you.

As usual when frustration takes over , harsh words are spoken. My bag arrived approx 6 hours after my first review. In good shape and exactly what I had ordered ( bit late for Christmas but it arrived). More to follow after a chance to actually use the bag.

I came to this site from a Facebook ad, and even though the whole Paul Richard story about being an old white dude (literally using an AI gen picture which was funny) who just loves making leather stuff was a little farfetched, I was curious about what was being offered. I was stunned. The bags looked SO good. The leather backpacks had this really cool design that you don't see very often, and so I was intrigued enough to buy two leather backpacks. Got them both, and was surprised by the quality. Great bags, was happy to give the second one as a gift to my brother. If I'm looking for backpacks/bags in the future, and this store is still up, I'm definitely coming back. Btw these ship out of China, which honestly, I didn't care about. The craftsmanship was very solid and worth the money.

This bag definitely exceeded my expectations. It is very well made. Just made my first road trip with it across the mountains of the southeast and it was a wonderful piece of equipment to have along. Not only is it well made, it also looks incredibly classy. Rugged and classy.

Thank you for the beautiful bag. the item was as described. Soft leather and the correct color. The shipping took a little longer than expected but it was worth waiting for.

Easy to order, top quality leather and did not disappoint. If I could give more than 5* I would. Great customer service, great communication on my order and having the emails from Paul, made me feel special despite it probably being automatically done but the personal service made me feel good about my journey and my bag.
Would recommend to anyone.

The product was as represented. Returns would not be accepted for refund. The company represented itself as small, independent and USA based. Shipment was international.

Great looking and durable bag. Exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.

A grossly misrepresented company. Not handcrafted, drop shipped Chinese junk which multiple brands online just slap their name on top of.

Bought early as a Christmas present and it didn’t arrive till after the New Year. The quality is nothing exceptional. The price is ridiculous even with the discount sorry John.

The bag I ordered was exactly what I wanted. Which most of the online products I order do not meet my expectations. Plus the quality of the product 👌 was spot on. Craftmenship superb.

The bag, the company exists, but all is not what it seems. Don't be taken in. What's more concerning, is the effort that's gone into marketing this via social media and even here, the fake reviews praising the workmanship...have a look and see if you can spot the same wording used...."I've been using my messenger bag daily for the last three months now.." DONT BE TAKEN IN
