Total scam! Purported Leather apron is factory produced vynal apron, with made in China sticker sewn on product. Shipped from China.

I love my bag! It is high quality and heavy duty. I always get compliments on it too. I had nothing but good things dealing with them.

Purchased the Motorcycle Backpack. In less than a month of use, the sewn seam at one of the bottom corners separated. There is an opening that is a few inches long.
I tried to contact the company. I have heard nothing from them.

1. Messenger bags are tiny, look like a purse. 2. Will not take returns. Policy says 14 days, but now they say no refunds even if you pay to ship it back yourself. 3. They promote it with what looks to be a small operation but they come straight from Asia.

I bought The rucksack in December 2024.
The rucksack has developed holes which I have had to cover with duct tape.

Despite a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee on their website, there is no guarantee.

To confirm, this is one of those scam sites, promise of top quality, huge discounts, suggest they are in country; but take weeks to deliver, and the quality is just really poor.
The 5-star ratings for this company are fake.

Holy wow! The products available exceeded my expectation. Beautiful leather, well made! I am buying products I don't even need to give as gifts. I want them all! Don't hesitate to buy from Paul Richard! And the exceptional customer service was the cherry on top!

I read the reviews after I purchased the bag. I thought I was going to be disappointed and I was wrong. This is a great bag that I am going to use daily. I love the smell of the leather!
There is only 1 thing I’d change and that’s the strap. I tighten it as far as it can go and I need it to be just a little more snug. As far as quality, 5 stars for sure. Thanks Paul Richard. Definitely worth the price!

Worst bag, fake advertisement, from china, cannot return or get refund. beware, this is a bad scam.
They're 100% liars who lie and then lie about lying.

What a fantastic bag I received. Exactly what I hoped for and not cheap. Ordered in Oct 2024, received soon after, not used until 2025, on the fourth use an outside zipper failed - without doubt a zipper manufacturing or install issue (where the zipper teeth don't engage at the base and the zip pops open during use sending any gear to the ground).

How is it that the marketing of these bags is so different to the experience. A recent email from Paul Richard asserts:
"Built to be rugged enough for real life.
Backed by my lifetime craftsmanship guarantee."

They certainly returned my emails swiftly, but the response is always the same - there is nothing we can do as its outside our warranty period. Seriously! Used 4 times and the zipper fails - if this is an example of the quality of the bags, and an accurate demonstration of the massive gap between marketing speak and product quality, then I will never purchase again.

Order placed or April 8th. Package arrived in San Diego distribution center on the 18th of April. Ever since no movement to " last mile " delivery. My home is in San Diego County.
Their email communication is prompt (within 24 hours) and very courteous (I think they use AI for content improvement). However the package is still not delivered yet.

One thing they do wrong - twice they told me to contact shipping company and inquire about my package. They fail to realize that I paid them to deliver to my address. I did not pay them for delivery to Shenzhen or other Chinese port. They need to call the shipper and ensure package is delivered.

Irresponsible seller. Will not do business again.

As others write here - highly sophisticated scam.

Update on May 17 2025.
After additional communication about missing delivery, they continue to provide following advice : call shipping company and inquire.
My opinion is this: I paid for product and for its shipping. It is the responsibility of the Merchant to deliver this product to my home address as promised. I shall not call the shipper. I cannot inquire the shipping company because I am not the sender. Only the sender can inquire about shipping. The sander has paid for this shipping. This it is only him to inquire about it. I am simply the recipient who paid for this service.
Profoundly irresponsible Merchant.
Will take further actions elsewhere.

I made a mistake and ordered before checking out the reviews. Cancellation policy is within 24 hours but no response to multiple emails. Prodigy arrived and it’s cheap crap. No invoice, return address, etc. in the bag. Their “customer service” email (no phone listed) for returns came back as u deliverable - doesn’t exist. Do NOT buy from this company.

They use am awful last mile service - gofo express. They have a very bad service rating. I did not receive my order on time & am still waiting for delivery. Stay away!

Not only did I have to ask repeatedly for my order, now I am being charged 1 dollar a month by them for Amazon marketing. This is an absolute scam.

I liked the look of the bag and the quality is first rate. Customer support returned any questions I may have had.

Sophisticated SCAM.

The duffle bag was a gift for my husband, and he won’t stop raving about it. He says it’s the best bag he’s ever owned—spacious, durable, and just so classic. I might have to get one for myself now!

I ended up liking the quality of the bags. But I don't see the need to set up a fake company to sell this stuff. Guess its hard to stand out from Temu

Product is crap, from China. They smell and quality is poor. If your need to return you pay shopping g to Chiina. Dont buy anything.

Just dont do it they still ahve not shipped and are not made in the USA and not good craftsmanship cheep sweatshop junk...
