A great place to shop. I couldn’t find the oven element anywhere for our stove. I was using Google and came across parts of Canada. And they had the part for our stove. W I’m completely satisfied and highly recommend this company for shopping. 👍👍👍.

Found the equivalent part for my fridge, was an easy plug and play part that worked with no issues. Fridge runs as new now, shipping was fast. I have ordered from Parts of Canada before and will continue to do so in the future as repairs are needed.

I am an appliance repair technician. I have purchased products from Parts of Cananda many times. Their service attitude and product quality have satisfied me. I am posting this today just hoping that more people in the same industry will not miss this company.
One more important thing to add is that the company's product sales price is very reasonable

This company will charge You 25% "restoking fee" if You decide to return the item You bought even if it hasn't been used and You didn't even open it.
I returned unopened boxes with uncut shipping ties and even then it took me a month of calling and emailing them to get a partial refund.
And of course I paid shipping fee.
You're better off with any market place!

Like. The fact that Malik, the customer satisfaction manager tried to resolve my issue. I wish I had contacted him much earlier. Recommendation to anyone with a problem, contact customer satisfaction!
Dislike. The incorrect information I was first given by the support group, and the brick wall I encountered trying to resolve that my part was incorrect. Even after 4 months John was telling me that the part I received was correct even when parts of Canada website said differently.

My fridge stopped working and needed a new inverter. Ordered on July 1st with express shipping, but arrived on Monday which is six days after. It was frustrating - just think about a hot summer without a working fridge. But the customer care team responded very quickly. Malik called me the day I sent in my complaint and followed up various time to ensure the part worked and I would receive my refund as promised. Overall, my experience with Part of Canada is good. The missing star is the dissatisfied courier service. I suggest that you change to a courier service that works through weekend to guarantee a committed shipping timeframe.

I bought a part which was marked in stock, while it was actually back ordered. When I asked to return it, they refused stating it was now a “special order”. Then they stopped answering. Just a bad business with a no return policy
