Excellent service, stock, and delivery time

I received my cooktop in a timely period delivered to my home address which was a surprise. The product
was easy to install and has worked exceedingly well.
I would certainly purchase again.

I was was looking to get a small 20” range hood and there isn’t much out there in that size. I found one made by Summit Appliances but was having a hard time finding where I could get it. I came across this griddle.ca website and got it delivered straight to the house for a fair price compared to what it was listed for on some other sites. Great online business to order from if you want something from Summit in Canada. I would definitely consider ordering from them again if something comes up that they are a distributor of. Great service and shipping was quick

Easy process. Griddle.ca were able to provide the vaccine fridges that matched the specifications I required. Pricing was excellent compared to competition. Ordering was simple and good communication around delivery allowed me to make preparations in advance. Recommended.

Any questions I had before purchasing my gas cook top, were answered professionally and promptly. This meant a lot to me, that they cared for their potential clients.

Griddle's customer service was A+. Very informative and helpful. We are in BC, and shipping here to BC was not an issue. We received our wall oven in timely manner. Very very with Griddle.

Ordered the parts , was a little worried as never heard of griddle before.. but the part arrived timely and was exactly what I ordered / needed.

Bought a 21.5" drawer fridge. Little bit more expensive than comparable brands but if you need to fit a exact location than Summit probably has a fridge that will do it. Good quality and efficient. Easy buying process online. Customer service responds to questions via email fairly quickly. Shipping was quick and free.

Store has wide range of products and team does good follow-up for customer inquiries. I wish they add a way to track the shipment.

It looks very cheap. And I think that the price is too much higher than the quality. It is not worth it.
