Service is good but parts are really expensive if you weren't to use a discount code. Seems stupid to make the use of a code basically mandatory. Just copying the flawed euro car parts system...

The ordering process was good but when I drove 40mins to pick up the part it was actually not in stock.
The staff however were very helpful and I was able to collect the item from a branch 10 miles away.

Online ordering was quick and easy. I reserved to collect the following morning, parts were ready for collection on time and were offered to be taken to my car. Pleasant quick and easy.

I ordered several parts by adding my REG plate, which confirmed my Make & Model. Only to find that two of the parts were not for my model. The garage found out when trying to fit them. I have spent the day without the car, having to catch the train to and from work. I am now having to do the same again next week, I have now ordered the parts from EuroParts

after visiting your blackburn shop to collect parts i ordered online i was the only one wearing a face mask . At the counter there was a notice if you are not wearing face covering you will be asked to leave the shop signed the manager. What waste of time putting up a notice if you not going to enforce it.

Just before a drive to Portugal, my battery failed. I searched on line and found a local supplier. Reserved the battery and on the Tuesday after the Bank holiday, collected it at 0830, Very good service.

Ring to make sure i have the right parts. they still gave me completely the wrong ones. Then tried blaming me for them giving me the wrong part numbers. The covid 19 way of doing things is slow and painful. Stand out in the rain and they take 10-15 minutes before served Still haven't even received a refund!
