Very friendly fast and reliable service

Purchased a compressor from Swedserv Ltd, spent £300.00 getting it fitted including re-gassing. The compressor lasted no more than a few miles before it dispatched all the gas out throgh a failed casing.

I was told to return the item for inspection by Swedserv, which I did sadly my delivery company advised that the item is being returned back to me. I can only assume that Swedserv doesn't like returned items.

Any attempt to contact Swedserv by email will fail as their email bounces back with this statement; Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table.

Perhaps I will not be buying any further items from Swedserv

Very good company I’ve trusted for years. But the staff is the only variant that made me put 2 stars. I needed a build for a car and I was sent to the accessories section self service. I asked the two staffs at the computer for bulb that fits a particular car and they said it’s too much work to put in the make and model of the car just for a light bulb.
That’s not acceptable as this is not professional. I know Berts provided them with training but they seem to lack the capacity and the know how to go about finding parts as simple as light bulb. They told me I need to go get the part and show it to them. It’s their job to check the system with information I provide and supply me with the part.
I really think Berts need to review these two staff and inform them of their job title and duties.

Trying to get through on the telephone is abs9lutely impossible, all you get is a recorded message telling you to ring again. Even the local branch cannot help you speak to anybody.
Absolutle shambles of an organisation.

I returned front and rear discs and pads to them using their return authorisation. They denied knowledge of receiving the goods, until I gave courier photographic evidence. They lied about returning my money which they have not. Even told my my refund had actually been processed. Dishonest liars

Very helpful and knowledgable staff who assisted (with patience) establishing the correct part. They were happy to telephone myself to confirm all was well etc. A rare service these days… I can thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service and brilliant prices compared to anywhere else. Ordered online and it was delivered to my house within 3 days, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Clear & courteous service in Chard store, but I did not appreciate that the online price would not be available when I walked in. Necessitated using my phone & waiting for half an hour for the order to come through.

I was sent the wrong part and the cost of returning it was comparable to the price paid.

Great service, promptly delivered. I was able to check very easily that I was buying the correct oil for my Citroen.

The part I ordered was faulty. They issued a refund with no problem. Didn't even have to return the faulty part. Absolutely astounding service. Highly recommended

Cheaper than Euro Car Parts for exactly the same item, free postage which Euro Car Parts did not offer.
Quick delivery, didn’t expect till for a few days & it turned up next day.
