absolutely appalling. car was returned with zig zag scratches on 2 doors and rear panel. They knew this as they parked parked away from the proper drop off area (despite being no other cars) and the driver walked across to us. I went back to him and he said I needed to email. I did and now they say I needed to report it when I received the car.

What a bunch of criminals.

I have asked 5 times for the address where they stored my car and if there is CCTV. They refuse to answer.

In addition we had to wait in car park for an hour after I called, despite plane being on time.

Absolute Con

Late, Unprofessional, Car looked liked it had been parked in a swamp. When I challenged the Driver, he literally ran away. What’s that all about ?

They damaged my car

They damaged my car. Their driver on returning my vehicle hit the kerb at the drop off area and drove over it (entrance at Terminal 4 Heathrow). He apologised and admitted his fault. I was extremely tired after a long flight and only checked the next day where I found that the tyre had a tear in it and the allow was scratched where their driver had hid the kerb. The car had just had all the alloys refurbished and tyres changed 2 weeks before I went away. I reported the damage and sent the pictures to them along with the details of the garage who had refurbished my alloys but their manager 'Sam' is refusing to reply or investigate after his last rude email. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court. Unbelievable as their own driver has admitted causing the damage.

Worst parking company I have ever used

Worst parking company I have ever used. Dropping off the car was not too bad, the driver was helpful and polite. However, this is where the good stuff ends!! Upon our return to the Airport, we ended up having to pay an extra £15 due to arriving earlier than scheduled. I fail to understand how the extra money would be the only way of being able to get the car out of the car park, surely if it can be done for £15 it can be done for £0???? The customer service on the telephone was rude from the company and extremely unhelpful!! In addition to this, my clean car was returned to me in a disgusting an unacceptable state. The car looked like it had been kept in the middle of a mud farm. It was filthy, clearly had been covered in leaves whilst we were away as the re were marks l over the car where these had been removed. We had to wait a further 40 minutes for the car even though we had been made pay £15 extra, which we had to pay at risk of the car not being returned to us and/or needing to wait hours, and we did not fancy hanging around the airport for more hours when we had just completed a 20 hour journey with no sleep overnight. The driver who brought our car back to us did not even ask for any ID from us and literally just handed over the car. I will never, ever use these again and hope that Compare will look into removing this awful company from their comparison site.

Awful service from beginning to end. Don't use!

Awful customer service from both they guys we had contact with (one who took the car and the one that brought it back). My car was immaculate when I dropped it off. Received it back caked in mud, it was covered in muddy paw prints. Complained to the guy who dropped it off but he clearly didn't care and would not take responsibility. Got into the car to discover two new phones had been paired to my car and that several settings had been changed. Will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. worst company ever. Used for Heathrow. They Parked our car on a side street for 12 days. Had to put in a formal complaint through Compare parking and Panda. Panda didn’t give a hoot, has made no apology for leaving our car on a residential street in Hounslow eventually moved it into a yard after complaint. They asked for proof and we sent a screen shot of where the car was, we had one for each of the days it was wrongly stored. They have not replied. They also take ages to collect and drop car off - 30 mims to pick it up from us. over 50 mins after we called when we got back. They don’t have enough staff. They told us multiple times the car around the corner but we could see it was still in their car park. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR.

DO NOT USE PANDA PARKING

DO NOT USE PANDA PARKING. If I could give them no stars I would.
Sent us to another terminal at Heathrow with no explanation, we had to get a train to the correct terminal. Had to keep phoning Panda parking as no representative arrived to meet us, it is not meet and greet. Very rude staff on arrival and return. Could not understand phone call with the driver collecting my car. Had to wait over an hour for my car to be collected. On returning I had emailed and WhatsApp the number and email given, to explain our flight had changed and we were arriving early. Told on the phone I would have to wait until our original time made on the booking which was 2.5hours later. Extremely rude staff on the phone. Then my car was damaged on the wheel and the bumper. Hard to get hold of the company, only an email number, they are requesting photos from when we dropped the car off, these their driver took, whilst he told us to pay the car parking ticket. Never again, Do not use this company.

Worst airport meet and greet parking service. AVOID+++++.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking but it was too late once I dropped my vehicle and was met with terrible service by a man who collected the car from the agreed area. After calling me 4 times to ask where I was AFTER I had told them it would be 20 minutes as they requested I spoke with a gentleman whose English and communication was so poor that I did not feel at all comfortable that this was actually a service I had arranged through a legitimate website. After handing over the keys the man asked me to validate and pay the ticket! I was slightly shocked given this has never been the case and this was part of the cost of the service. I paid and left the keys and through the airport went through the horror of reading the reviews.
Upon arrival - our flight was delayed by exactly 1 hour - after collecting baggage I called the man who reported that I had not booked the correct time for collection and it was actually 1 hour prior to the original collection time, I told him this was not the case and that the flight was actually delayed and we waited for baggage before calling and surely the point of taking the flight information is that when flights are delayed they are checking and are aware this is the case. He then proceeds to tell me that I booked the return for 1 hour earlier than the paperwork states and that I should check the paperwork. I again checked the paperwork in my email and my time was correct, perhaps the gentleman on the phone did not know how to read 24 clock format. After waiting 30 minutes in the arrivals hall we were called to the short stay car park drop off area where the gentleman bringing my car back called to ask directions to the area of the car park despite it being their instructions!

All in all a very despicably unprofessional and u pleasant service and one that I cannot fathom how Heathrow airport would allow to use via their airport parking comparison site.

Avoid Express Parking Limited Heathrow/Parking Panda unless unnecessary airport stress is what you are looking for!

AVOID at all costs

AVOID at all costs! Terrible service from beginning to end. Waited around 30 minutes for a person to ‘greet’ us, after numerous phone calls to the driver whose English was clearly very limited. Had to pay an extra £15 in parking fees at the airport. Things got worse on our return; waited around an hour to get our car back with no communication during this time (apart from us phoning and trying to make sense of what was going on). Car was also filthy on return. Never will we use these cowboys again!

We had to wait for a long time for the…

We had to wait for a long time for the car to be picked up . Luckily we had allocated enough time to our departure flight otherwise we would have missed our flight.
The pick up was even worse . Had to wait about 1 hour to get the car back .

Demanded cash to return car.

I handed over my car in heathrow terminal 2.I had Pais 160 pounds.
After 10.minutes I'm.told I cannot fly so requested my car.
Young asian man demanded 20.pounds cash if I wanted car back.
I.asked for receipt and he laughed.
So I.paid 160 pounds for no service.
I.would never use these cowboys again.

Where do I start?

Where do I start?
The driver turned up at wrong terminal to the booking.
Both drivers did not speak a word of English.
My car was returned filthy, it was covered in bird droppings, there was mud in the footwells and a Greg's coffee cup had appeared in the side door!
We also had to pay the 30 mins car park, £7.50 each time.
Stay away from this con.

Do not use!!!

If I could select no stars I would!! Don't ever you this company, it is definitely not a meet and greet service! I had to wait ages for them to collect the car and for them to drop it off. When I got it back it was dirty, mats in the foot well we're all muddy and the car was immaculate when I left it. My whole car setup had been changed including my dashboard display. This company is a rip off and I dread to think what my car was used for while I was away. You have to pay both parking tickets or them to leave with your car and you have to pay again to get out of the car park, totalling £15 on top of the fee they already charged. I am thankful I got my car back intact!! Do not use this company!!!

The most useless company

The most useless company . We waited longer at Heathrow car park for our car to return than we did flying from Edinburgh to London (55 mins) . Hopeless for a meet and greet option .

Dirty car and they were late!

The car was so dirty when I got it back, i have no idea where the heck was parked.
They didn't say before but you have to pay for the car park ticket both ways which is 15£ on top of the parking fee.
Lastly, although I rang with plenty of time, it took them a while to get my car back.
I won't book it again.

Awful experience

Absolutely awful experience, would not recommend. They say you have to call 30 minutes before you’re due to arrive, but they did not answer either number when we called. Eventually I got through to someone and they were very difficult to understand, at some points in the conversation they stopped mid sentence to shout something to someone else in another language. On our return, we called to give 30 minutes notice, over an hour later there was no car. I called again and was told ‘20 minutes’. 30 minutes later, still no car.. we then got a phone call from the guy dropping the car off to say he was at terminal 3 (the wrong terminal) and asking us to meet him there. I called the manager as we would need to get a train from terminal 2 to terminal 3. He called back to tell us to wait at 2 and that the driver would be 5 minutes. Needless to say the driver was not ‘5 minutes’. They put the nearly 2 hour delay down to ‘bad traffic’, however we found that the traffic around Heathrow was much better than usual and would expect them to account for some degree of traffic, given that airport terminals are usually fairly busy. The guy in our car was vaping when we got there, got out of the car without putting the handbrake on ad the car was dirty on the outside and smelt badly inside. Our mileage was also a lot higher that we would have expected it to be.
The communication throughout the whole process was awful. There was nothing positive about this company and I 100% would not recommend. although, having read the other reviews I feel we were comparably quite lucky with our experience compared to others.

I echo all the awful reviews below

If I could award zero I would! Almost missed my flight after being delayed by traffic but keeping company informed. Even so they arrived very late almost causing me to miss my flight. On my return, driver was an hour late. Manager is rude and unapologetic. Car returned filthy inside and out. Driver returned the car, told me key is inside and walked off, without giving me the opportunity to query the state of the car and the amont of petrol used. Disgusting service and totally unprofessional in evry way, will never use them again. DO NOT USE OR BELIEVE THE 5 STAR MADE UP REVIEWS.
