I booked with Park and Travel, which uses a 3rd-party company, Go Park to collect your car. They were 50 mins late picking my car up, and when they returned it on 30th December 2025, we agreed to meet on level 4, zone R&S, Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5. The man ran up the staircase and didn't review my car with me. When I got to my car with my wife and 4 children at 23:35, it had front-end damage, which wrote it off. They won't give me the driver's name, insurance details, or respond to emails; the manager is always busy. Links to Facebook, LinkedIn, and X don't work on their website, and now they're trying to tell me I booked with Express Parking, which is going into receivership. My advice, check Companies House on all 3 companies and book elsewhere, they left a family of 6 stranded after an 8-hour journey home. Park and travel are also linked to other websites not connected to Official Heathrow Meet and Great, who were extremely helpful on the night. I would suggest that the cheapest is not the best; please find a company and check the Companies House to see how long they have been operating, and have the relevant documents. Police, trading standards, Insurance and others are now involved.

LHR T5 Meet & Greet Car Parking Service
This was the first time we have used a meet and greet service and was a little apprehensive after reading mixed reviews online. However, T5 drop off was super easy and very efficient. We had a courtesy call at 4am to confirm our 4.30am arrival and within 10 minutes of arrival we were on our way to check in.

Upon arrival back into the UK after collecting our luggage, we phoned the company contact number and the car was waiting for us in the bay when we arrived.

Excellent parking service
After being screwed over by a different Heathrow parking company, I was reluctant to trust another one... but these guys were great! They answered the phone every time, were at the airport very soon after we arrived and were there shortly after we got back. Very reassuring experience and will definitely use them again because not too many companies like this that you can trust!
