I’ve had no issues with this company. They’ve always been very quick to respond and provide a quick resolution. Whether it be wavering parking whilst I await a log book for a newly purchased vehicle, or assisting me to update my vehicle registration. My most recent encounter was with Kacey who was great.

I was given a parking fine by these scammers even though their own evidence shows my engine running,brake lights and window open and time stamps in their own evidence shows I was there for less than 3 minutes which is disgusting and they still turned down the appeal.
Well good luck taking me to court with your evidence, wont be getting a penny out of me.

Parking Direct have a contract to monitor parking in a private block of flats. the flats are occupied in the main by elderly and retired residents. there is a clear policy of a 10 minute tolerance. Parking Direct issue tickets ignoring this policy and don't recognize this policy within their internal appeal process.
all recipients of a parking Direct PCN should appeal any notice issued and all landlords who wish to establish a good working relationship with their residents or tenants should think very carefully before engaging with Parking Direct UK
