They're responsible for parking in my area, Clapham Park, and they are criminals.
What could you expect from a company that profits from PCNs?
Lambeth council and Park Direct UK are useless and criminals! I got 6 tickets in my first month living in Lambeth, just shamefull, they do everything in they power to issue a ticket, PCNs are a real cash-cow for those scammers. Hidden signs, hidden cameras, hidden radars, faded parking paintings, night-time wardens, they do anything to profit from PCNs.

I'm laughing out loud here when I saw that this company has 4 stars in trust pilot... Hahahaha, what a joke. I would give ZERO stars if possible.
These positive reviews are clearly fake, majority of them are about an attendee called Alisha, I bet she don't even exists...

My contact was with a lady called Aisha. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
When she said she was sending an email confirmation, she did it straight away. That’s a rarity nowadays.

i need a carer's pass (£40!) so I can support my disabled son in his flat (parking managed by Park Direct). Only go there a few times a month. Always huge faff to renew. I bought a year's pass last year which expired on August 2nd 2026. Now have PCN from July 2026 because they changed to e-permit and made voided my permit without telling me! Have done online appeal and waiting to hear back from them. All very confusing and annoying. I am an elderly lady in my 70s and could do without all this!

Alisha was very helpful and made sure I got the Parking Permit ok even though there was a mix up. I got an email saying my permit was rejected for some reason and she followed this up and got it sorted. good customer service

I would just like to express my sincere thanks to Alisha for the outstanding help and support she provided in resolving my case. She went above and beyond to ensure that my car registration plate was reinstated on the parking system, meaning I will no longer receive parking tickets due to this issue.
