I decided to cancel my order after 2 hours from shopping and i contacted their whatsapp number and email as well and requested to refund the transaction before settlement and they told me that it will be cancelled same day .. then after 2 days i found transaction actually deducted from my card, and when i complained this on ehats app i received "i will check again with manager"
Very delayed response and just reply with "ok will check" after many hours
Its a very bad csutomer experience and reflects unprofessional experience
Dont use your card with this website .. you may not get your money back

I wasn’t sure if it was a scam but every day it feels more like it. The website claims delivery by FedEx between 4-6 business days. It has been 9 working days and they keep telling me it will be delivered soon. They don’t want to give me a tracking number which makes this even more fishy. No shipping company in the world ships orders without a tracking number. This would mean this company doesn’t want you to know where the shoes originated from (that’s if you receive them in the first place) making it a false claim that they are imported from Italy and pricing the shoes 10 times it’s worth. O DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Papparazo, and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected.

Firstly, there was a significant delay in the delivery of my order. I understand that delays can happen, but it was frustrating not to receive timely updates regarding my shipment.

Secondly, the shoes themselves are not comfortable at all. I was really looking forward to wearing them, but they felt stiff and caused discomfort after just a short period of use.

Overall, my experience with Papparazo has been disappointing. I hope they can improve their delivery process and focus on creating more comfortable footwear in the future.

The delivery took much more than promised time (almost 2 weeks) with my continuous follow-up (maybe will take much more if I didn't follow up)
The shoes is 50/50 comfortable
The hight is good but you need to put extra piece inside the shoes so it can give more hight and if I put it,my feet will be a bit out of shoes.
Style is nice.
While delivery they charge me 3$ although they mentioned it is very of cost.

I dislike my order till now I didn’t receive it from more than 10 days

I placed two orders with Paparazzo, the first one for formal shoes. Delivery happened within a reasonable time, quality was really good and the shoes as expected.

For my second order, ordered a pair of sneakers, ordered size 43. It happened to be on a holiday season, it took 20 additional days to reach. When received, i see the shoe size to be at 42 while the box says 43.

After numerous, hundreds of messages on insta and on whatsapp. All i received was lies, they first wanted to make me pay a charge to exchange, and then they said they will handle it.

a Hundred more messages, they start lying to me telling me i have an order number and it was delivered to local delivery companies. Nothing happened, they blocked me on both insta and whatsapp like im some sort of a stalker. All i wanted was to get the correct shoes size.

I am left with shoes smaller than requested, i wear them they hurt my feet but just so i dont end up with a wasted 100 usd.

Unfortunately their shoe quality is really good but their staff is dishonest.

It’s a scam they will just steal your money and disappear. The only way to contact them is through mail and you will not get any reply. They don’t have a valid HQ or Phone number to be contacted. I have placed an order and paid the full amount and received nothing. Be aware not to order from them

جت الطلبيه المقاس مو صح وفرده مو زي الثانيه ولما صرت ابي ابدلها معد صارو يردون ويسحبون علي وكل شوي يقولون لي بنشوف مشكلتك ونرجع لك ويسحبون عليك!! ايميل واتساب وانستقرام ف كل مكان! انتبهو منهم تعاملهم جدا سيء وواضح بس همهم تطلب وبس بعد ما تطلب ما يشوفونك شي .. المشكله كاتبين اطلب على مقاسك المقاسات صحيحه وطالبه ٤ جزم مختلفه وحده ضيقه ووحده واسعه مافي حل وسط! وكاتبين نرجعلك خلال ٣٠ يوم طلبك او نبدله مهما كان السبب وللاسف لا هم اللي رجعولي ولا بدلولي لهم شهر الاحق وراهم!!!

i dont know if its a scam or not can someone please tell if it is or not because they said from 4-6 days and i dont fully trust them so can you please tell me if its a scam or not

سيئين جدا انتبهو و نصابين يطولون في الطلبات بشكل كبيير يقولون من 4-6 ايام و هم يقعدون اكثر من كذا بكثيير ف انتبهو منهم

I paid and my order not cone yet since month

لقد قمت بشراء حذاء وبعد قياس الطول تبين ان الزياده 4 صانتي فقط

I send you many messages and emails to cancel and return the item and no one responds

2 weeks and still didn’t receive the shoes

The shoes didn’t come why is there a rating ???

I have not received the order
