SCAM! be careful. I bought shoes in May where they promised delivery 5-7 days. Now it is Augest, still haven't got the order yet. they stopped responding to my WhatsApp and emails

34 days have passed since the order was placed and I didn’t receive it!
That is not normal!
They ignore all my emails and WhatsApp messages!

They are scammers no one buy from them I placed an order before 4 months and no delivery

This company appears to be a scam. I paid for my order, but it was never delivered. The tracking did not properly update, and customer service ignored all my messages despite me contacting them multiple times. I also did not receive a refund or any clear explanation. Avoid ordering from this website.

I waited 3 months and still the order still not delivered and no respone from the support team whatsoever.

I tried E-mail, WhatsApp and phone number.

THEY LITTERALLY STOLE MY MONEY AND I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

It's a fake website only used for fraud and looting money. Don't try to purchase anything.

Don't shop from the online store.

After 2 months of waiting order not received and payment not returned.

One of the most worse customer service I ever had. I have ordered two shoes in the end of last month and nothing received yet. There customer service is an Ai bot while you can’t even track your order online as it stays saying that there is nonorder under the track number

They are located in Dubai, and I believe they have an office there. Could someone please file a police report regarding this scam?

They are total scam, i reach out to them several times but no reply. When comment about my order instagram they blocked me. Avoid this site at all cost .

I placed an order on 14 May and I still have not received my shoes. The tracking page shows that there is no shipping information available yet despite that declared delivery time is 3-5 days.

I contacted the company through email they replied contact us through WhatsApp: +971 50 328 5471 then still they didn’t reply to the messages and calls.
I thinks this company is a scam

تجربة سيئة جداً ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم إطلاقاً.

قمت بالطلب من Papparazo بناءً على وعدهم الواضح بالتوصيل خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل، وقد مضى الآن أكثر من ثلاثة أسابيع دون أن أستلم الطلب، ودون أي تحديث على حالة الشحنة، ودون أي رقم تتبع فعلي.

الأسوأ من ذلك أن خدمة العملاء لديهم شبه معدومة:
- لا يردّون على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني.
- لا يردّون على رسائل الواتساب.
- لا يوجد أي قناة فعلية للتواصل أو المتابعة.

الشركة غير صادقة في وعودها التسويقية، ولا تحترم المهل التي تعلنها على موقعها. التجربة بأكملها انعكاس واضح لغياب الاحترافية وعدم احترام العميل.

أنصح بشدة كل من يفكر في الشراء من هذا الموقع بإعادة النظر، فالمبلغ المدفوع كبير مقابل خدمة لا تصل ومنتج لا يُسلَّم. سأقوم برفع نزاع رسمي عبر البنك واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة.
