Good service overall and satisfied all my needs.

Ordered ordered three panels last week of Panel world sent me a text a Saturday between 12 and three why you didn’t all day the driver said he phoned me which you didn’t phone the company Saturday afternoon Guy answered the phone and said he would ring the driver, but he never ever got back to me. Never turned up at all over the weekend. Emailed the company on Monday sent me a picture of the panels they were in the next to a house number 17 we live at number 17 for a different address. I really wouldn’t recommend this company that delivery service is crap. I’ll give them one star after finding out where they were we had to borrow a van to go and pick him up. I left that all over the weekend good job it didn’t rain send email to the company. I said they can’t help us no more. What a poor Show.

Brilliant company, whenever I have ordered from them the quality has been 10/10, and order has always been on time. Would recommend to everyone.

We placed an order with this company for bathroom panels, corner and end trims, adhesive and sealant. The panels, adhesive and sealant all turned up on time, and there were no issues. However, as we we bringing the order in the number of trims we ordered were incorrect, and in the wrong colour. As we started to work it out with the driver it turned out that the next delivery he had was also incorrect, and what we had made up part of their order.

We spoke with the driver who called the Director of the company, who was very polite and apologetic, however could not deliver the trims that week as they would not be in the area. We were offered a refund, but had to go out and purchase the missing parts from another company as we could not start the panelling without them. When asked if Panel World would provide some compensation for the error on their end, or at least refund the delivery fee as not everything had arrived and we were going to have to pay for fuel to go to another company to purchase these parts, we were told they could not do this. So we then had to source and purchase the missing parts at an additional cost to us due to their error, which also put us behind on starting the job.

Another point to add is that some of the cardboard on the panels had footprints on them, which when mentioned to the driver he even said that he has told the warehouse staff many times not to stand on the boards, but they still do it. Although apparently this should not damage the panels themselves.

It's a shame that I have to write this review as what we received was very good, and they seemed like genuinely nice people. However, this is overshadowed by their unwillingness to rectify a mistake that they made, and the clear lack of care within the warehouse. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you deal with them that makes the difference, and I'm afraid on their lack of customer service we could not recommend them, and so will not use again.

My experience with Panel World was excellent! From placing the order to delivery it was straight forward I was really impressed with the service. I received my order on time & the driver even called and gave a 2 hour slot. Highly recommended

Not good at all , 2 panels arrived damaged , said they would send 2 new panels out but would take the damaged ones away which meant they would be different batch numbers , plumber said he would try and work with them but he shouldn’t have to really !! Still ordered 7 panels and 2 were damaged !! Wouldn’t recommend
