We can’t recommend Panel world enough! Excellent quality panels, at excellent prices, even our fitter was impressed and has vowed to use them going forward.
We were let down last minute by another supplier, thank god I found panel world, I ordered 10 panels for the same price as only one panel from previous supplier, which did make me worry about the quality, however they were great quality , exactly as pictured and easy to fit. Delivered in two days with great customer service. Now wondering where else I can panel lol.

My delivery never turned up , they sent me a picture of goods outside and said driver tried to call me and that the delivery was left in safe place as agreed with me . This is a lie . I was in all day and the door and my phone never rang . I also never agreed for these to be left in a safe place as there is no safe place outside my house . £300 of my hard earned money gone and had to buy new panels for my builder to put on the wall to avoid losing the deposit I had paid him too . Rang to ask them what was happening and the rude man I spoke to was no help at all and told me to sort it by email. Still waiting for this to resolved . Edit to that latest comment from the company- i have emailed several times and am still waiting for a reply/resolution

Dodgy Company. Didn’t like the colour. The company return policy means you can’t return if you don’t like the product. You charge 20% admin fee for a returned product and I also have to pay for the return shipping. So now I have a panel not opened and not used occupying my space.

Absolutely fantastic service! Super helpful over the phone and went above and beyond to deliver early at no extra cost. The delivery driver was thoughtful and really helpful, even after a 4-hour journey!
Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Panels, price and customer care really good . Dispatch was the major let down hence 3 stars can't fault product exactly as sold but their in house dispatch needs a little hand as was not sent between the 2- 10 days but certainly not the fault of the guys in the office .
