Customer service at Panda is highly commendable. However, I was disappointed to find no batch numbers on the vials to correlate with the COA. Without a direct line of production linked to the paperwork, a COA is just a isolated result that cannot be assumed to apply to every unnumbered vial. If Panda begins adding corresponding references to their packaging, it would allow for independent quantifiable confirmation testing vs anecdotal reviews.

A+ company!!! Placing my order now with this company. I came across a fake page on FB claiming to be Panda with pricing that was too unreal. I actually loaded up $400 of product until I thought I should go straight to the Panda Peptides website. OMG! Two completely different pages and prices. Something not right. I started a chat with both. Two different phone numbers. But, the FB fake Panda admitted they had no company in the U.S. and they shipped direct from China. RED FLAG! They copied everything from the real Panda Peptides site, the branding, the vials, the format. ChatGPT confirmed that Panda Peptides was located in CA and was already a well established and high rated vendor. Minutes later, I received a voice call from Cory, the founder of Panda. He informed me that the FB copy was illegitimate and he does not advertise on FB. We spoke for awhile and I was comforted to know that I was speaking to the real deal. Funny, but when I confronted someone named Ellie from the FB page showing them a screenshot of the website, they stopped texting. Proof they were scammers. Caution: always do your research! Thank you Cory for all the info and standing up to the Chinese scammers. I am placing my first order with you now.

Cory is on top of his site and business … I haven’t seen anyone run an online shop like he’s doing it since jeff bezos was running Amazon from a desk made out of a door across two filing cabinets back in the 90’s, when he’d jump in personally to help if there was a problem with the check out cart! (And yes, he used to do that, I debugged a few things with him back in the day as a customer!) The product is pure, shipping reliable, and service is excellent.
