Integrity and good customer service
Ross and Julie responded so quick to my concerns regarding a vial top with vacuum seal popping off my vial when attempting to open. They sent me a replacement vial with 2x the amount of Rita and a vial of Bac H2O with all the extras to reconstitute. Informed them on a Saturday, received package by Tuesday. Even included a hand written note apologizing for my experience and thanking me for my business. Really appreciate the customer service and the personal touch! I’d give 5 stars to Ross and Julie - only gave 4 stars here because of the vial malfunction - which is more a vendor problem!
