Avoid this company like the plague !
I ordered a painting in January to keep me busy during lockdown. It never came in the time slot of 12-30 days and then I discovered that the company is based in Australia and the paintings are sent out from China !!I
It's taken eight weeks and PayPal stepping in to actually receive my painting and I doubt very much if there is enough paint to complete it. The weather is improving now so I don't want to sit in painting so it's going to be some months before I start it and then it will be too late to complain if there isn't enough paint. Also , you get no instructions whatsoever , just a four inch picture. ! Are you supposed to blend colours that adjoin or what ?
Mine was intended as a present but arrived a month too late so I shall have to keep it for myself to do. If I can !

This is an update to my review above. This company has an amazing choice of paintings and as long as you are in no rush , then buy from them , but expect up to 8 weeks delivery. There are UK suppliers that get to you in less than a week which is a bonus but not the amount of choice.
I have upped my star rating from one to two.

Do not buy from them!
Ordered last May, and having written to Them serveral times, witha answer from "Alexandra". But No respons on My last three mails.
Will never order from them again!

My order took 4 months to arrive.
I ordered in April and they arrived in August. I emailed back and forth (their replies were slow) and I was told my order had not been shipped due to a customs error from the liquid in the paint while being shipped(?). You would think that a company who specialises in paint would have this under control. They had to reorder again for me. When my paintings had finally arrived 4 months later, the packaging was sloppy and generic. The sheets of canvas were cut in a sloppy manner and the paint brushes were not the best quality. I went onto their website again to read the reviews and post one but they only have reviews worth 4 or 5 stars and nothing else. That itself is very shady. More of a hassle than an enjoyment in my opinion.

I made an order early May 2020 for my wife's birthday and still have not received the product.

Initially, the customer service rep, Alexandra, told me it would take until August to receive the product due to Covid, fine I thought, but August comes and no product. A few emails back and forth where she said they we deliver another, but and still no product, she no longer replies to my emails, no refund either.

Do not order from this company.

Delivery took 3 months with no reply from customer service despite 4 follow up from me .... the product in itself is ok

Ordered in April........still not arrived, no contact or updates. They've basically stolen my money.

It took forever to arrive, but I don't blame it on the company (covid fault). Anyway, I'm very happy with the product and customer service was very helpful :)

Ordered on June 1st. Got a confirmation order and an untrackable shipping number. Same reply to my inquiries but no response from my wish to cancel and have my money returned. The slow boat from china must have sunk with my order. I bet I never see it. Puzzle company was the same way. When they came they were damaged and the wrong puzzles. At least they sent a small refund. Will do more in depth company review. I've never been burned by ordering from the internet but since the Virus seems the scam artists are out in full force. This was advertised on instagram and I have since steered clear of the too good to be true ads on it.

I made an order in June for a birthday present. My order hasn’t been sent, I’m unable to track it by the system, and the company has not been responding to any of my Instagram messages/emails. It’s getting very frustrating and feels like I’ve been cheated of my money.

Really hope it either gets sent or I get a refund. This has been a very horrible experience for me.

During Covid I needed to fill my time. I decided to buy two of the paint by numbers kits from Paintbynumbers.com. After a few months I received a package from them. I mistakenly thought that only one set came in. I let them know that I was still missing the second set. Their representative Alexandra, looked into the matter. She was polite and very prompt. She informed me that it had been mailed out. I insisted that I only got one set of paintings. Something made me take a further look into the packaging and surprisingly I found the second set! I did not notice that it was in there! Alexandra thank you for your care, your quick response and your gracious reply once you realized that it was my mistake. I will be very happy to deal with you and your company once again, after I finish these two paintings first!

I haven’t received my paint by numbers after a couple of months of waiting. I’ve contacted customer services who have refused to refund me as it is not their policy.

Extremely disappointed and out of pocket.

I had ordered my painting set back in May and due to covid the whole world's shipping got thrown off course.

Alexandra was very professional and helpful during this whole time. She was excellent in keeping in communication regarding the shipping progress of my kit. She even had the team send out another kit as the first one had issues and was held at Customs! Paint by Numbers was doing everything they can to ensure my kit was sent out to me.

I finally received my kit and I am so excited! Both canvas and paints are great quality. I recommend buying their painting kits and would certainly purchase again in the future! Worth the wait!

It took a while to arrive because of covid, but the canvas and paints are incredible quality, and its going to make a wonderful present for my friend, and is super fun to boot. Special thanks to Alexandra for being super patient, and always being professional and kind in her super quick replies.

These paint by numbers are such a wonderful, therapeutic activity— especially during COVID! The canvas sheets are amazing quality, and there are so many fun and beautiful pictures to choose from! They did take a while to arrive because of COVID related shipping delays, but Alexandra at Paint by Numbers was very responsible to my status inquiries, and they were well worth the wait! My daughters and I are really enjoying them!

I love using Paint-by-Numbers, it is one of the most relaxing experiences. Due to Covid 19, my order arrived late, this could not be helped, as there were many variables at play. It was frustrating, but the staff were always friendly, empathetic and even accommodating. They sent me a second shipment free of charge, because of the delays, as this was out of their control. They kept their word and both shipments arrived safely.

I ordered 2 canvases from Paint By Numbers. The tracking number was sent immediately and as it was being shipped from China, I knew it would take awhile to arrive. Contacted Paint By Numbers 2 months later to ask if I would receive them soon, Alexandra explains I would receive them shortly. Not recieved for another month, emailed again requesting a refund. Was told second set of canvases would be posted out urgently, no mention of a refund. Finally got an email from Alexandra 6 months after first purchasing the canvases saying they were at the post office and ready to collect. Now I have recieved the canvases they appear to be good quality canvases, not sure about the quality of the paints as I have not opened them yet. Very disappointed about the length of time i had to wait, as I was looking forward to painting the canvases several months ago!

I ordered 2 sets in April 2020 & it is now the end of July & I am still waiting for my order. They say it is a problem with their shipping. I can't cancel my order. I could have found painting locally if I knew it was going to take this long.

Outstanding customer service. Order did take over 2 months and tracking info was not up to date, but every inquiry was answered promptly and in great detail. Product was high quality and would order again when pandemic subsides.
