Although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the product is as described. The customer service is amazing! I had emailed them because I was worried the product was lost, but they followed up and responded promptly. To my surprise, they even followed up with me a month later to check that I had received the product! Will definitely be buying more from them in the future!

I ordered 4 paint kits, each of them a custom job as they were based on my own photographs from travels. I've completed two so far and love it.
My only suggestion to others wanting custom kits is to pick photographs that lend themselves to a more abstract look as fine detail is hard to achieve with this style of painting.

Ordered two months ago - still have not received my gift certificate. After one month i sent an email, no reply...

Couldn´t be happier with the decision i made of getting a painting! The thought of getting home, warming a cup of coffee and painting while listening to some music just always made my day better!

i enjoyed the painting process relaxing and therapeutic. personally i like enjoying things at a slow pace and this was just right. it did take me quite some time to completely finish the painting but it was worth it. definitely recommend!

I received the wrong product at first, but the company happily sent me the right one and let me keep the first one free of charge. I placed another order after that and I'm very happy with the products!

Everything went well, except the delivery took a very long time. But there's an explanation to that: covid-19. So we cannot blame this company. It was very kind, that the salesperson contacted me and asked has the package arrived. Very thoughtful :)

These paintings are great and beautiful. The pots of paint are small but WAY enough to paint, so it's perfect: minimal waste.
It is sad that the transportation time took extremely long because of corona, as it decreased their rating by a lot. Other than this issue, I am very happy with my products
Also, they answer quickly in case of questions, and check up on us when we received it.

Demorou um pouco de tempo a ser enviado e a chegar. Vem dos EUA por isso também a demora no envio. No entanto o apoio ao cliente foi bom já que foram acompanhando o envio e mostraram preocupação com a chegada do mesmo.

The quality of the paining is great and it will keep me busy for a whil! good value for money, it just took a while to arrive from the US. thank you :)

The paintings are beautiful and the quality of paints is really good. I ordered paintings and although some difficulties for the delivery (due to some delay), the customer service was great and always willing to help.
I would order again in the future. Highly recommended.

I ordered a paint by numbers because of Covid I wasn’t sure how long it would take to come to Canada. It did take a while but the customer service was great. I would order again!

This was my third order from them in 3 years. Each time I got an email stating the tracking no. with link to track. But this year when I ordered 2 paintings in mid Feb there was no such email with tracking information. I contacted after 4 weeks and was worried that it was a lost transaction. But I was told to be patient due to covid and wait another 3 to 4 weeks. Eventually around 9th May it did arrive thankfully.

The delivery took some time, which was OK considering the distance. Alexandra was very helpful in providing shipment status and tracking. The contents themselves were carefully wrapped and packed in multiple layers.

Six months ago I ordered a Moose paint by number canvas and a frame. I paid for both these items. I received the canvas but not the frame. I have written several emails and received the same replies,due to COVID the shipping is slow. It’s been over six months so I requested a refund for the frame. I did not receive a reply. I then sent an email advising I would report them to Trading Standards, which I have done. They did not reply.I did pay by PayPal however the required time to state a claim had lapsed.
This company took my payment but I did not receive the goods ordered. They could not give me a tracking number or proof of posting. I am out of pocket and would definitely not recommend this company. I was ripped off and this company does not seem to care about its reputation. Be aware .

Firstly. I ordered this on December 29th 2020, didn't receive a proper tracking number. After two months i still didn't receive the item. I emailed Alexandra and I got an automated response about the shipping is delayed due to prioritized cargo due to covid.. but that they confirmed with the wearhouse that it was shipped. I need to wait 3 more weeks. Which I did but again nothing. I went into the website again to investigate and on the main page was the 100% guarantee that if I wasn't satisfied I would get a refund no questions asked. So on my third email to them now being 3 months at the time. I informed them I hadn't recieved the item and would appreciate a full refund. Only to be told by Alexandra that the courier wouldn't issue me a refund... Which I would say that it's not the courier who needed to refund me. That it is the company itself that should. Well on April 15th I finally recieved the item. However only yesterday April 18th did I receive another email from Alexandra in response to my refund request. That they gave me the wrong tracking number. Upon looking at the tracking information did I notice they didn't even mail it until April 2nd. And only too 13 days to ship the damn order. Needless to say this company is terrible.

It took 2 months to arrive but in the end everything went well. I don't blame it on the company (shipments at all country borders are extremely strict due to COVID-19). I'm very happy with the product and customer service was very helpful.

Everything worked perfectly fine. My girlfriend is very happy about the gift. Even if she is not finished yet, it already looks very nice:)
