My latest painting is slightly different and is a 'view' rather than a person as most of my others have been. I've not finished it because it is much more difficult than previous pieces I've done, but I love it!

They sent me three pictures today. One was missing a number the second picture. It was three people on there and there was a four person. I didn’t know who was on there and the third picture the sun was in the face of the person. Terrible job. Terrible job.

Great concept. Whilst delivery was slow it is the quality of the canvas that I struggled with. The surface has a plastic/vinyl feel which means the paint just sits on top without any ‘grip’ and the numbers show through. Customer service response was timely but I was advised “The paint isn’t supposed to fully absorb into the canvas; it stays more on the surface. If a number shows through too much, we recommend applying a second layer of paint once it has dried”.
I am trying to do the ‘lifelike’ 48 colour option and it is quite intricate so this canvas finish is just not viable. There was no feedback on advice on return/refund options. I will not buy this product again.

All in the box looks ok. It hasn’t been used yet so not sure how it’ll turn out, but as this was a gift and the price you pay for it, you expect the box to be of good quality and arrive safely. Unfortunately however, the box turned up very badly damaged, ripped. The box doesn’t reflect the price you pay for it to arrive safely. I did write to them regarding this, and said I would feel embarrassed given it away as a gift as it looks cheap. It took them a couple of days to reply back, I didn’t feel like they really cared much to be honest. It takes a while for the product to be delivered which is understandable, but was expecting the box to be strong not flimsy.

This is by far the most relaxing, stress reliever activity Ive done when I have a free time. The canvas was super easy to paint on, the colors are really vibrant and the DIY frame was super easy to assemble. I am looking forward for my third canvas.

I am on my second painting as we speak! The first one I did was such a joy, it was of my Mother, and I reminisced about our lives throughout the entire time I painted. It is “uncanny” how incredibly spot on the painting is, versus the original photograph!

I could not see the numbers on canvas.

I lost my dog over 3 years ago and to paint his portrait almost seemed to bring him back to life. I was so pleased with the result and enjoyed the experience of painting so much I am now trying a family portrait using 48 colours. It’s slow going must most enjoyable.

I love, love, love this seller and products. Went with the 48 paint colours as a complete beginner and the result is amazing. Now on my second masterpiece! Would recommend !

When I ordered, there was a drop-down that said “frame”. They did not mean frame but meant stretcher with a mounted canvas. Because of how it was labeled, I did not order a “frame” but assumed it was on a stretcher. I called their customer service and asked how to remedy it, and they said that they could not. I then asked what their stated “100% satisfaction guaranteed” meant and they replied it was only for the painting itself. Some guarantee.
I would be wary of this company.

I received my order today. I had paid for stretched canvas, while I got rolled.
I had paid for 10 additional brushes, which I never received.
I have sent an email to them. If they correct my order, I will change my rating. But as of now I am very disappointed!!

I'm painting my first painting and everything so far is ok.

We ordered a canvas made from our own photo. It wasn't quite what we were expecting. However, after some communication, they explained the matter, and I understood why the painting didn't look like what we were expecting. Even though the mistake was kind of on our part, they offered to make a new product from a different picture for us for free. The instructions for choosing a picture could be better. But the way they handled a negative issue left us feeling good about the purchase and the service.

The product arrived as agreed and was well packaged. I haven't started painting yet.

I ordered a canvas from a picture of our dog that passed away. The dog was very dear to our daughter, and this was a truly wonderful memory of him. My daughter also liked painting, so we are now waiting for the second package. The 50x70cm painting was a suitable size for one project

I ordered a custom paint by number set from a wedding photo. After placing the order, there was no word for 10 days. It eventually turned out that I hadn't added my email address to the order details, so the shipping information couldn't be sent. I wonder why it couldn't be sent to the phone number I provided?
Well, the package finally arrived 12 days after ordering, and the end result is admittedly gorgeous. If you want to improve your operations, consider implementing phone notifications, not everyone has email, or it isn't checked often.

A 63 year old grandma lost in the world of online shopping has not received as good customer service anywhere as from the owner of Paint by canvas.

He guided me by the hand in choosing the right picture and ordering turned out to be easy after all. The quality is good and I finished painting the first one in two days.

I just couldn't stop. I will definitely order again in the future. If you are unsure about choosing a picture, it's worth asking by email, they will indeed advise you.

I'm all about paint by numbers! Snagged myself 4 kits and just finished up an elephant painting for my grandkinds playroom. Picked these up as a something to do when the weather's rubbish. Now, I'm diving into mysecond masterpiece. Got mykits in just 2 weeks. It's proper addictive and so soothing!

As can be read here, there have been delays with the delivery. We were told that the delivery time from the order would be on average 15 days and we were already a bit worried whether the package would arrive in time for the birthday. I understand the long delivery time since the product is made individually from a photo sent by the customer.

The package arrived well packed at the doorstep 15 days after the order, just on the recipient's birthday 😄 The delivery time is long, but it is clearly stated on the website and there are no problems as long as your order in time. The package was very well packed, so that 's a plus. We'll see what the final result looks like. I might order a new one for Mother's day if t he outcome looks good.
