It’s been a really mixed experience- and generally either a 5 star or 1 star experience

The good: I’ve had three of the custom paintings that have been gorgeous, the lines and drawings are easy to see and the finished products do look like a photo. I love that you can customise the paintings and make something really personal. They are some of the better paint by numbers kits

The less good: I’ve had one painting that didn’t really look like the photo I sent- it was very over exposed. Customer service said it would be fine when I painted it but after working half of it, it just felt very patchy so I didn’t finish. I also received a painting as a gift in July 25 and tried to continue painting in November but the paints had dried up. This felt quick as my others have taken me several months (at least 7-8 months and paints have been fine). when asking if we could order replacements we were told they had changed suppliers and it wasn’t possible. They advise completing within 3 months which I didn’t see advertised anywhere

So essentially when it goes right it is good, but when things don’t go right the company doesn’t seem to be able to help.

Absolutely loved my Paintbycanvas experience! The painting-by-numbers kit was so relaxing and easy to follow. The colors turned out beautiful and the quality of the canvas was great, such a peaceful activity to unwind after a long day.

Great product; able to be tailored to be a personal impact and individual experience.

Paint By Canvas is amazing!

I love so much that you can use one of your own special photos to create a personal paint by numbers. The kit is beginner friendly and gives you everything you need to make a fab piece of art.

I absolutely love this company! I have ordered over 25 pictures from them to paint. Customer service is fabulous and the pictures are always top quality and framed perfectly! I had a photo of my cat made into a paint-by-numbers canvas, and I had so much fun working on it! The kit had everything I need for the project making it super easy to bring to the beach, a picnic, or wherever. The product quality itself is also great; the paint is surprisingly thick, the brushes didn't fall apart after use, and the canvas felt very substantial. By the time I was done I had so much paint left over! Overall would recommend 🙌

Helps me wind down and help my anxiety while also making a beautiful picture for myself. Even a gift for someone else.

Excellent product. Captured my picture well and the final painting was true to the original. Quality paints and brushes made it even better. Occasionally it was difficult to read the numbers but the reference paper was a good aid. Loved the experience and very happy with the final outcome.

I’ve done 3 customised Paint by Canvas paintings, they’re a lot of fun and very time consuming. Up close portraits are best to choose! I will be ordering more in the future, they look great hung up on the wall.

Absolutely loved it! 🌟 I went for the 48-color variant and the shades are so vivid and life-like — the painting really pops. The only thing I’d suggest is making the printed guidelines a bit softer, as they peek through in lighter areas. Other than that, super fun and satisfying to work on. Highly recommend! 🎨✨

I've order several painting from you and the last two i got, the paint was so bad but I made it work. Don't know what you did to the paint but they are not smooth and easy to use.

I still can’t believe I painted the masterpiece hanging by our staircase. It’s so beautiful. Can’t even tell it was paint by numbers. The colours blended well. The box came with everything I needed and I love the pre-stretched canvas! Ready to be hanged!

I love doing these pictures and they have been well received as gifts for the special people in my life. I once had one missing colour but I didn't really need it and used a similar one. Great idea and great service.
