Still waiting for my 'express delivery' order!!!!

Whole cage had cracks in and was awful to put together. So cheaply made and flimsy.

This is the most disgusting "thing" I've ever seen! When It arrived, it was mostly in pieces, but not as I expected, because it WAS BROKEN INTO PIECES!!! Instead of getting a new one, I had to look through each piece because they don't give me new ones, THEY SEND SPARE PARTS so almost everything was damaged/broken, but I guess I shouldn't send back the trash for them. When everything arrived, I wanted to make sure everything was in order, so I started putting it together. It was the most miserable hour and a half of my life... And no, it isn't an hour and a half to put together a hamster cage, but it did take this, and at least 2 people! It barely holds anything, nothing fits properly, and when you think okay, success, you notice that the whole thing moves like an earthquake kicked in, as soon as something touches it, and when the hamster starts running in the wheel, it makes a sound like someone broke a vase after every step... With one word: DISASTER
But at least the delivery was fast... thank you

Great every time I buy them and the furbabies love them.

It fell apart either because of a flawed piece of wood or a problem with the glue. I have still not received a new one.

Items never arrived. I don’t think this was as a result of Package Pets making a mistake. It may have been an address issue with Shopify.
Communication following notification that the item wasn’t received was good.
A full refund was made
I couldn’t give a 4 star review when items weren’t received

Delivery was quick and the postman even offered to carry it in doors for me
