After purchasing various products
After purchasing various products, I received the products in a few days via cash on delivery and paid with a debit card.
It was found that one of the products, specifically the keyboard, was defective, apparently due to a manufacturing defect.
I requested a refund, which although they accepted, they do not intend to refund the purchase money, but only to try to repair it and send it to me again.
I am now in the process of disputing the transaction with the bank in order to have the amount refunded.
BEWARE, all that glitters is not GOLD.
