As always, a great product from OB, this time in the form of a pet rug. It's soft, a really good size - our cat nearly didn't get it. It's draped over the back of a sofa as that's one of his favourite spots and he loves it. The team at OB are super, very friendly and helpful and the rug arrived quickly and well packaged.

We had searched shops and websites for proper, quality hot water bottles that we could trust to be safe and hardwearing - and which were made in Europe. This was not any easy task as the majority of water bottles these days are produced in East Asian countries.
We eventually discovered the Owen Barry website where we found the Fashy water bottle produced in Germany. The ordering process was straightforward and packaging and delivery were excellent. We have used the hot water bottles and they provide heat and comfort on cold nights.
The receipt contained a handwritten, personalised thank you note which was much appreciated in these days of impersonal sales transactions.

Nice bag but it wasn't big enough for me,
When I try to return it, I was trying to get a return label. I was told to write the address on the front of the package and my order number on something to put inside of the package and send it back, when I get to the store to return it, it was going to cost $180, that half of what I pay for it, ABSOLUTELY NOT. If I knew it cost that much to return, i would have never order it.

Excellent as always. OB items are always good quality (I’ve ordered throws and a draught excluder before, this time it was a cushion) and clear communication through order/dispatch. Prices also very fair for the quality.
