I received a very high quality product, and the packaging and presentation were top notch.

I love the team at Owen Barry! I’ve had several hand bags in a row from them, always beautifully crafted. Customer service is amazing, this time they agreed to make me a bag I had had previously even though it’s not officially still on sale. They go above and beyond to give good service. I’m happy to support this British company who make handcrafted, beautifully designed items.

I recently ordered a sheepskin hot water bottle cover from Owen Barry and I am very happy with it. The ordering process was smooth, and the shipping was surprisingly fast for an international order.

My item arrived perfectly packaged and exactly as described. What really stood out, though, was the lovely personalized note included in my package. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel genuinely special and showed they really care about their customers.

They just get better and better. Another fabulous delivery of nursing fur rugs that are washable. I use them everywhere and they never look worn out even after a year. Just love Owen and Barry - never buying fur from anyone else! :-)))

Owen Barry have been amazing. I bought a sheepskin water bottle for my partner for Xmas (2025). The quality is excellent. We recently noticed a defect in the inner water bottle (external supplier), and reached out to Owen Barry directly. Cindi responded the morning after and was kind enough to send another inner, despite being well out of return policy–something she didn't have to do, but was a lovely gesture. Definitely recommend these guys, both from a product and service perspective. Looking forward to shopping with them again soon!!

My experience with this company who I had not shopped with before was excellent. They delivered a fast and efficient service and the rug I bought from them was a quality product. The question I telephoned them with after receiving the rug was answered in a way that was easy to understand and I was not made to feel I was being a nuisance. I enjoyed every minute of my shopping experience with them. I will certainly use them again and would definitely recommend them to other people.
