I recently purchased more socks from Outway (which I love), but after wearing one of the pairs, it developed a hole. I reached out to their team and had the privilege of dealing with Aiko. They did a great job taking care of my issue and sending me a new pair, no questions asked. I work in retail, and I really appreciate it when a company goes out of its way to "make it right" for the customer. Well done Outway!

Great customer service! I bought a pair of merino socks but after wearing them only a few times, there was a hole in them. I was not aware of the one year warranty. When I wrote to the company to give feedback on my experience, they informed me that I could get a replacement. Within a few days only, I received a new pair. Their customer service support is very helpful and efficient.

I love the product - socks in this case and both wool and non wool on my feet.
I like quality, design and fit.
The only thing I don’t like is shipping time - it takes very long time to receive the order.

Socks feel great and don’t slip when I’m wearing my boots or runners. The customer service is beyond exceptional! Highly recommend giving them a try.

This is a great company with awesome products! They have fun patterns, a variety of sock heights and materials - something for everyone! I use these socks all the time for the gym, hiking, cycling and everyday use. They are the only socks I wear now.

Les bas Outway sont de bonne qualité. Ils sont confortables et c'est ceux que je choisis lorsque je pars pour une journée où il y aura beaucoup de marche.

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Had some issues with a few pairs of merino socks with them coming apart. First couple pairs were warrantied and replacements sent very quickly after automated warranty process. Third pair required CS agent involvement but they were fantastic and followed up after replacement pair was received to make sure everything looked good.

Their standard socks are phenomenal, and will continue to buy from them, but perhaps their merino items aren't for me.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cant say enough about the service I have received with my order. Not many if any companies show this type of service and actually care about their customers. I ordered several pairs of socks and when I started to try them on they happened to be too tight fitting and enquired on the return process well that is when I received excellent service and was given "free" pairs to accommodate the ones that did not fit properly and not only once but twice and I got the type of socks that fit PERFECTLY!!

After a lost order, the team at outway was very helpful and proactive at providing follow ups all the way to the ultimate delivery.

Outway socks are definitely my favourite socks for some time now. Their designs are so much fun and they come in so many different styles. But they don't only look amazing, they also deliver in performance. I wear them for running on pavement and on gravel and I wear them for long walks (40km+) and from these experiences I can say they are perfectly sweat-wicking for me. I never really experienced bad blisters or the urge to change socks during an 8 hour walk. I'm super excited that they have the merino wool socks available now. The mid weight ones are perfect for workouts in colder weather. Since they have a light style and a mid style I am hoping for an even thicker version for icier temperatures :)

Outway was very understanding when I made a mistake on my order. They immediately sent me new socks in the right size and told me to share the ones that were the wrong size with someone else. I thought this was a pragmatic solution for everyone, they get to share their product, I get my size, this reduces environmental impact by reducing return shipping.

I reached out to the Outway team because some of my socks had developed holes - they got back to me immediately and let me know that they had redesigned that model a few months after my initial order and that they’d be happy to replace all the socks with the new, more durable designed ones. They sent them immediately and then even followed up after the order arrived at my house to make sure everything looked good. This is one of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had with a brand, and really accentuates how great it is to buy Canadian.

I’m quite particular about my socks, and Outway has earned me as a loyal customer who will be shouting from the mountaintops of Vancouver Island about their socks.

I’ve been wearing Outway socks for years and find them to be comfortable and durable wash after wash. The designs are catchy and I always get compliments on them.

Even better is ther customer service. They are responsive, efficient and hassle free. I recently had a delivery issue and they resent the order with no fuss and tracked the package to make sure it got to me the second time! Aiko’s customer service was amazing!

Highly recommend this company.

I appreciate that the socks have some cushioning on the bottom making them a lot more comfortable to wear all day.
Also, the customer service with this company is top notch.
