Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a Joules jacket which arrived promptly but unfortunately didn't fit. The returns process was simple, I was able to arrange for Royal Mail to collect the next day, they supplied the label and a refund was issued as soon as they received it back. Prices were highly competitive and they offer a good selection of quality clothing. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I received a new pair of wellies that…
I received a new pair of wellies that had a very small leak in them. Aside from that they were the most comfy wellies I’ve ever had - easy to put on and take off, lightweight, warm and grippy in the mud so I was reluctant to move to another type of welly. So I contacted Out of the City and they asked me to send them back to investigate them. To my surprise, I was given the choice of a refund or replacement pair. I chose a replacement pair without hesitation! I’ve just received delivery of them and and so happy with the service and constant communication I had from them. Thank you so much! I just need it to rain now!
