Thank you again for your order. I wanted to touch base with you in regards to your comment. We indicate on our site that it takes 2/3 weeks to ship this item and since you are having it finished, it will take at least 2 weeks to get it finished for you and ready to ship. Seeing that Christmas is 10 days away and the fact that it will have to ship across the country, I'm pretty positive that you will not receive your bench before Christmas. I had a small issue with one of my chairs that arrived in a set. I took a couple of photos with an explanation of the problem, sent it to customer service. Holly in customer service was very courteous and speedy on solving the problem. Excellent service for sure!

Overall I’m pleased
Overall I’m pleased. The piece is very nice , high quality, and I think I paid a good (and fair) price. I ordered based on phone call to OFP, and it turns out the stock info they gave me was incorrect. This lead a shipping delay of several MONTHS(!). Given the larger forces at work in the supply chain which OFP can’t control, it would help if their own internal information (which they can control) was up to date. Once I resigned myself to the long wait, the customer service was good, and they were attentive when I called or emailed for shipping updates, and when I noted small (and ultimately non-problematic) shipping damage.

Thank you so much for your comments. This summer indeed threw a number of curveballs that no one could foresee. Your product SHOULD have been in the warehouse and ready to ship as soon as your order was placed. It arrived from the factory overseas over a month before you placed your order. Unfortunately our information is only as good as the information we receive from the factory and the companies carrying the products from point A to point B. We saw a complete breakdown in this usually normal process this summer. As the summer went on we had a better handle on what was happening but when your order was placed we were still very much in the dark. Now that it's all said and done we do hope that you will enjoy your patio dining set! What you received is one of my favorites.

After being in that terminal for 7 days we alerted our rep but with the way shipping companies are overloaded these days, I'm not sure if that is what got it going or if they just caught up.
