Received our pergola in a timely…
Received our pergola in a timely manner. We did inventory of the parts and everything was there. I must say, it takes at least 2 people to put this together. The top was the most challenging part as the directions weren't very clear, but once we figured it out, it went quicker. Took 3 days to put together by 2 people, occasionally 3 when we were connecting the 4 poles. All in all, we love the look and we are happily enjoying it! Now let's see how it will hold up in a hurricane!

Replacement parts
I needed some replacement parts for my gazabo due to storm damage on the roof. We were able to determine appropriate replacement parts, I ordered them and were delivered as I requested. The person I was dealing with was very helpful.

Not the quality I expected, a nightmare to assemble.
It was not the quality I expected. I had a gazebo at my other home that was similar in style and size that had much bigger corner post and trim around where the curtains hang. This was hard to tell from the pictures. The assembly was a nightmare compared to my other one which I purchased at Lowes.

The quality is great
The quality is great. If you do not know how to put together a difficult puzzle and plan on 5-6 days then this is not for you . My husband is in woodworking and used those skills and needed them to put the pieces together. It is very specific so one page at a time . And patience. I am enjoying this beautiful canopy. Oh and two to three people and your own tools . Maybe a few beers

I have tried 3 or 4 times to get this…
I have tried 3 or 4 times to get this problem resolved my box was damaged, but everything was there except 1 leg for the coffee table and the hardware for the table. I have sent pictures to Penny and. I guess I need to contact the BBB.
Y’all have no phone number listed to call .
I am tired of messing with this simple problem.

Ordered 2 covers for my deck
Ordered 2 covers for my deck. The first one didn’t work because of the gable end up against a door but I was able to sell it to a friend. The second one is working well. I would however suggest different packaging since both of them had a dent in one of the columns and a few scratches on the underside of the roof.

Got half order on 13 Apr.Installer arrived said order not complete,charged me $100 for showing up.Today 17 Apr.another piece arrived.Now have to recontact him .I assume all parts are here.Charging me $500 to install .

Fast delivery!
We received 4 reclining pool chairs and a table. They arrived quickly and were not difficult to assemble.
They are lightweight but seem to be sturdy enough for poolside. The chairs stack, if necessary.
The table is very light so it will need a plant or heavier object to prevent it from blowing in wind.

I emailed domi to find out if I can buy a canopy for my pergola that was discontinued from the store that I bought it from ,they replied the same day with the info to purchase it from them and at a great price .

We lost our old screen house last fall…
We lost our old screen house last fall in a windstorm.
This spring we were going to upgrade the type of structure that would be more durable than the previous one.
We shopped around and then came across your Website in which you were having a spring sale.
We selected the 12x12 model and purchased it on line.
Four days later it arrived.
We have not assembled it yet but we are sure we picked a great product.

I gave it a 5 star because the quality…
I gave it a 5 star because the quality of the Product is good. This is the second one I purchased. However the instructions should indicate you need to differentiate the louvers when connecting them. Nothing worse then installing them and realizing you have to flip them around to get them to open. I should have caught that but I didn't.
