Absolutely TERRIBLE and infuriating customer service
Got a bus from London to Paris in early April '18 to then take a train to Handaye and then Madrid. I allowed plenty of time, almost two hours, to get from Bercy to Montparnasse, a mere 30 min. ride away. It all started to go wrong when days before travelling I got an email saying that the bus was going to be delayed arriving in Paris for 45 min. It was the only bus that I could take to catch my train, so it was either accepting it or cancelling the whole trip (trains and bus tickets) without any kind of compensation.
On the day of the trip, it bacame even worse. The toilet was NOT working (in an 9 h. long overnight trip!). Then the bus took a long time to get out of London, and then got lost in Canterbury, having to reverse for around 20 min. around the city. That made us loose the scheduled ferry and delayed us even more. Then, arriving in Calais, the bus driver commited a mistake and had to go back to the Port when we were out of the city to pick somebody up. We arrived in Paris at 8.20 h. instead of the original 6 h. and I lost my train.
The customer service in Paris only gave me a luggage tag with a phone number on it to call, and when I did they told me they would reimburse the money from the train ticket I lost. I had to buy an expensive plane ticket straight away to make it to my destination. I wrote to Ouibus when I arrived, and they answered a few weeks later (!!!), saying they won't give any money back, but they will send a voucher as a kind of compensation. A month later, I am still waiting for the voucher to arrive, and I have no patience left.
I have used Ouibus a few times in the past (Paris-London route) with no problems, but this time was quite terrible. It's quite like a gamble. Definately don't use it if you need to take connections or need a reliable service, because it isn't.
Delays are sometimes understandable, but the sheer disregard for users and the terrible customer service will make me not travel with them again in the future.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
THE WORST super dodgy french transport company, they dont have customer service AT ALL, you cant talk to anybody, if you have any complaint or query you need to send them an email, so when i tried to call they hang up on me, super rude operator, they rescheduled my trip without giving me any notice, i was in the middle of nowhere, glad there was wifi in a pub nearby and i was able to read the email they sent stating that my journey had been rescheduled without my consent ??!?!?!?!, i would have bought a train ticket instead, but they didnt give me any option i had to rush to the station, it was a difference of 10 hours from my scheduled departure time, so i couldn't do the activities i had planned to do during the day, and i was staying in France for only 3 days. ONE DAY WASTED THANKS TO THESE PEOPLE.
Sent an email, a lady called Amelie responded after 1 month saying they couldn't give me any compensation or refund, and without even apologizing,
Trust me, its better to spend a bit more money and get good service, I havent been appreciated as a customer i wont book with them again and i hope my review helps other people to avoid this disgusting company.

Luggage got stolen from Bus Luggage Compartment
In my recent trip from Amsterdam to Paris by Ouibus, my luggage got stolen from the bus. This happens because of the carelessness of Bus Driver and the helper. It was well placed in the bus compartment which is underneath the bus. Due to their negligence somebody took my luggage while I was in the bus with my family. They keep the luggage compartment open till the bus moves and during this period anybody can come near the bus. They do not keep an eye on the bus which gives enough opportunity to thieves to steel things from Bus compartment. I have not got any refund and any favorable reply from OuiBus on the same. I believe the bus driver himself was in to this, as on my complaint on the same, he did nothing. He did not suggest us to report a complaint or anything, and just walked out from the place with the bus, leaving me and my family without luggage in the middle of the night.
