Was very apprehensive to begin with because of some bad reviews but got a great price for the item i wanted and a cheap but quick and reliable delivery i couldn't ask for anymore..

I recently had an exceptional experience with Osmotics Limited, and want to share my feedback. Their level of service, particularly from Mark, far exceeded my expectations.

I ordered some replacement filters and a membrane for my RODI set-up, which has performed admirably for rather longer than it really should; I was stunned at the speed and efficiency of their response. the items came well packed, via an extremely competent courier. Altogether, highly recommended!
And no - I have no connection with the firm, other than as a very satisfied customer!

I will openly admit that this starts with an error made by myself. I ordered an EC tester instead of a TDS.
I realised when the package arrived and didnt open the actual product. I sent them an email straight away to start off a return (I know I would have to cover the return postage). No reply. Emailed again. No reply. 3rd email sent, still no reply.
I have now raised a charge back claim via my bank.
Absolutely zero customer service, avoid

I clearly made a mistake, I thought given the price I was buying a box of filters (given what I had previously paid), it turns out I bought a single 10" filter for £50.04! I have google searched for an equivalent product and it is £8.99p. It appears that Osmotics are outrageously expensive.

Mark responded to my questions very quickly, and the products have worked really well.

I've put in a full RO/DI system in my CNC machining workshop: 75 gallons a day RO/DI filter, booster pump, TDS reader, and a water storage tank equipped with an auto shutoff float valve.

I asked Mark for advice on which bits to buy and he sent me a full list of parts the very next morning along with a diagram.

The parts themselves seem to be of a good quality and i'm very pleased with it so far (after about 5 months of running it).

I needed a new apera ph 20 tester urgently, Amazing customer support from Osmotics, after contacting them for availability and delivery charges, I ordered one on line at 2-30pm,the new one arrived at 9-30am nextday, all at a reasonable price.10/10.

I have a 4 stage RO unit from this company and it has served me well for over a year. I returned a faulty valve I ordered separately (which cost under a fiver) and I had to send a video illustrating the problem. They replaced it immediately and I didn't need to return it. (I can understand that they did want proof of the fault as maybe some people may do 'try it on')
I've found this company provides good products and spares arrive next day via a reputable courier.

Bought an RO filter from what I had thought was a reputable company. It turned up damaged. The company asked that I repair it (they would send me the parts). When I refused and asked for a return they insisted i pay. As the product was expensive (£200) I felt I had no choice. Hearing nothing from them for 10 days I sent them an email. They responded within hours stating the returned item was badly damaged and suggested I needed to contact the delivery company. Really poor product and customer services. Avoid.
