Do not buy anything from this brand. I bought trainers which are awful quality and have been trying to return for 2 weeks. They avoid giving you the information to return, state a handling charge but won’t confirm what that is and just ignore emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not honour the 30 day returns policy, despite it being stated on their website. The communications with the company is sporadic and slow. The shoes were too small and they do not have any larger sizes, but instead of a refund, the company offered me GBP 20.00 discount. Which UK body is supposed to be looking after our consumer rights? It needs to stop these websites and dodgy companies.

Please do not buy from this company. It is a scam. They take your money and do not provide your item. When you ask for a refund they do not respond.

They should be closed down.

Would not accept return , except to a false address.
Offered £7 refund plus no return.
Eventually, via PAYPAL, managed to get a refund of £24 plus no return. Copst me £18 and ende up with shoes not wanted.

Unfortunately, I have to join the list of people who wish they had checked Trustpilot first. Slippers were at least 2 sizes too small, could not even get my foot inside. Website has a 30 day return and refund pledge on this particular item and I have taken a screenshot of this. I returned as requested at my own expense but tracking shows the item is coming back to me. Not confident I'll get anywhere jusdging by other reviews.
Total SCAM. Hard lesson learned.

Firstly, shoes are not orthopedic but they are wide fitting.
Company sent wrong size (I ordered UK size 8, they sent EU 41 which is 42.) I wrote a number of unsuccessful emails and then raised a case with my online payment provider who found in my favour and issued full refund. They will offer you 50% refund, then they will ask you to foot the bill for a return. You will have to raise a case with your payment company to resolve this. Please also report companies who do not adhere to UK trading standards to your search engine provider. They do respond promptly and remove the company from future searches. Good luck.

Shoes are plastic rubbish! When asking for return label, my emails were ignored! Will be doing a chargeback.

They sell all these apparently wonderful shoes and then deliver just really terrible shoes badly made and don’t reimburse the money.

I received the shoes more than 2 weeks ago. They did not match the colour in the description, were poorly made and way too small despite me ordering my usual size. I asked to arrange a return, was offered an exchange which I refused. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t heard back from them. I decided to accept an exchange as I was worried we were getting close to the return deadline. Miraculously they replied the next day and told me I could keep the original shoes (no use as they don’t fit) but to send them £10 for delivery of the next size. At that point I realised it was a scam site. I’ve just looked at this site for reviews and have realised what a fool I’ve been. I’ll put this one down to experience and give the shoes to a charity shop. Please don’t use this site

Total scam. Reviews untrue. Bought shoes. Returned as too small. No refund given. Paypal sided with them as they assumed I was getting the full refund. Which I have still not received.

This company is a scam. It is plastic rubbish. Wish I'd checked trust pilot before I'd purchased. Asked for a refund immediately I received and they offered me £20 and to keep the products( they cost £71). I reminded them of the Distance selling regulations in the UK as this is a Chinese company operating in the UK.( It looked all legit on my Web browser but seeing the products I realise they are not a true orthopaedic company) Shoes were for Sciatica..(.not even leather.) What a mug I was. Avoid this company at all costs .

1 star is too good for this company! Bought a pair of shoes which took two weeks to arrive. The shoes were poor quality, didn’t fit and were definitely not ‘orthopaedic’. I asked for a return label (as per their returns policy) they refused to provide one and then received a refund offer of £12. I paid £38.99 , so rejected their offer. I ended up returning the shoes at my cost. They have since refused to pay the full refund amount. I put the transaction into dispute with my bank and they have rejected this as invalid. They have my money, the shoes and I’m out of pocket. Mad, I’m enraged and feeling very foolish at being duped. I’m relying on my bank to successfully complete the dispute on my behalf.

Sent me the wrong size trainers and you have to pay packaging and postage to return them. Site says you can return within 30 days and if you email they will send you a postage label to return items. They don’t they just reply saying you have to return them yourself!

Totally unreliable company. The shoes did not fit me and I returned them back. They offered me only a partial refund, which does not make any sense, as I have a right for a full refund of the unused product. I think I will raise a claim to some customer protection organisation.

Ordered size 8 slippers and was sent size 9.5 after waiting a very long time. Been liaising with them to return for over a week now. They have offered me £10 to just keep shoes that don’t fit me. Feel like I’ve been scammed.

This seller is a total scam, Says they are bases in UK and are not ,The address and phone number they use are for a private resident ,and the person gets lots of calls about this case ,I feel sorry for them, I've been stung by them don't even go there!!!!!

One star is generous. Fake company, fake address. Don’t use - the reviews on website are fake as you cannot leave a review.

Same comments as everyone else basically.
Purchased what was meant to be quality leather shoes and boots from what I thought was a UK company (as per their website) an they sent cheap and nasty plastic looking things from Hong Kong that no one would be seen dead in.
On requesting a refund they offered me £8 & to keep the shoes!
Putting in a claim visa my credit card company now.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Seemingly, I too,annoyingly,have been duped by this "company".
I usually read reviews but didn't on this occasion when I purchased a pair of gents slippers which took 6 days from purchase to arrive with no tracking information.The slippers do not match photos on the website and were packed so tightly they are now squashed and misshapen.
My suspicions arose when I received a brief unbusinesslike email response to my email requesting a refund offering an exchange.The company has not responded to two further emails and I also rang the mobile number of "Steve Wicks" several times to no avail and can see the address is private.I fear that I can say goodbye to £43!!!
